nice, im looking exactly for this, epiphone 59, ESP LTD or this PRS SE. I've always loved the singlecut shape. How do you like an epiphone 59 or custom compared to this?
I love prs and own 9 of them, mostly 594 McCarty’s but they are in no way like a Gibson. Single cut looks similar, that’s it. Sound is way different. Amazing in their own sense but if I could bring myself to mod a $5k guitar I’d put Gibson electronics in one of my 594’s. Les Paul sound is just classic.
I was eyeing up an SE McCarty for months but wasn't able to take advantage of a pre-Christmas discount ($300 off here in Canada), so I grabbed one of the new satin CE 24s, which I'm very happy with.... but that McCarty is sweet....
The Jackson X Series Signature Marty Friedman MF-1 is the best single cutaway 'Les Paul' style guitar. The straight string pull eliminates the tuning nonsense. It comes with EMG pickups that sound awesome and it does it for $799 USD, baby!
Until you get tired of playing the GIbson, then the PRS feels/sounds better - no? I like traditional being an old geezer, but the PRS SE singlecut in all koa wood looked so good on Reverb I made an impulse buy last year, and so glad I did. It has that same shape, but all koa with open black coils, weighs 6.6 pounds and has that PRS chunky C profile that fill your hand, but sloped shoulders so it's easy to play. PRS is different, viva la difference!
Just subed to your channel, like your thoughts, but you have to stop the bad language. I'm not a fan of it and if you notice, the channels that have huge following generally don't use bad language. I'm just saying. The Fender tonemaster is a great pedal platform, I have one as well.
I don’t get offended. I will say though, you need to add a lot more “polish” to your reviews, writing, and speech. Good information, delivered in a sophomoric way and style. You can do better.

It's actually crazy that you asked that I owned a 59 Epiphone. Both are really great but this just feels better constructed somehow
@@Randolphguitars just went to guitar center and yes you are right. The PRS SE’s are definitely of a better build quality

Difference is that a PRS stays in tune. Automatically makes it the best “les Paul”
ive got an older 245, these things are amazing for metal
I'm sure you know this, but your audio was all over the place when you were playing. Looks like a nice guitar for under a G

I love mine. But I got a Gibson LP tribute close out at GC for 1100$ last year and I do like it better.

Other than the fact that your Gibson goes out of time every five minutes

You could also check out the Ltd ec-256, ive had mine for around 5 years and i love it. they go for about $600
I have one sitting in front of me right now, but my Jackson MF-1Monarkh is better.
i gave a sub i like it i might suggest investing in a different cam or a higher end model you appear filtered out and a very soft image almost grainy
Separate topic... why did you choose that painting?
We do have a lot of the same gear.
It’s interesting how the McCarty family is friendlier with PRS than Gibson
Schecter Custom Solo II...you're welcome.
Yea stop cussing dude it’s hurting my feelings. 😢

I like watching guitar vids, but I could sure do without the casual vulgar rants that are interjected for no real reason!
