We're such a small portion of their player base that they wouldn't even see a net profit gain if we all subscribed with cash at once. Im not disagreeing with you - it would have been great to have the English community more engaged with things like these beta and previews - but translation takes a lot of time and money so for a giant block of text associated with the content that may very well be changed before release there's a high probability that they decided it wasn't worth the investment at that stage of the development.
