For working out when you start my advice is to go really light. Much lighter than you can actually handle even untrained. Because if you go all out in the gym and having never trained much you will get soreness for days maybe weeks. My advice is to do all the exercises you want to do eventually but first day start out with next to no weight. Even if it feels weird or like you're not getting much resistance. Your muscles will fatigue into rhe ground if you don't go easy. Then you'll be able walk right back in the gym a couple days later and ease into it. Start every other day as you say. Even elite lifters don't need to work out more than 3/4 times a week. After a point you'll find that even very intense training won't fatigue you that much. Now you can start to seriously ramp up the weight and intensity and overload. But this will take a couple months of steady but light work. I promise you this is the best way to start. Lighter than you can in the beginning and you'll see faster results after a while.

Eating is the hardest part and it's easily as important as lifting weights. my advice if you struggle with hitting 100 grams of protein every day is start drinking your protein. I like raw eggs because it's a complete protein, but a casein/whey tub is easy and tastier. good luck.

Heyy Ian, 3 or 4 days training a week is more than enough, because you actually build muscle when you are recovering not when you’re actually lifting. More than 4 days is not healthy so stay safe please
Workout your biceps, triceps, abs, forearm, back chest, shoulders and leafs. Try doin g 2 a day and be aware that there’s like a long, sort head and brachelis on the bicep
