So from the normal perspective you would expect three wires that are live, neutral and ground, but instead what you see here is different, you can see here that there are four wires instead of three, and each wire has its own label , as you can see there is a yellow wire marked with the capital letter E and then there is a brown wire marked with the capital letter A and a black wire marked with the capital letter C and a blue wire marked with the capital letter M
So make sure you look closely at the stickers that come with your control box. This may vary or differ depending on your water pump type and design, but let's just connect the wires to the terminals here according to their respective stickers
So when wiring, make sure you plug these wires into their respective connectors.
The live and neutral wire have already been connected by default and now we are supposed to wire the remaining four wires to a control box so the first step is to unscrew these terminals to get the place to place our wires on the unit and then we close the control box and turn on the power supply.
If you find that your control box is not labeled, refer to the instruction manual that came with your pump or contact a local technician
Here we put our water pump in the water drum just for demonstration, but later it will go in the deep well. The last thing on your mind is not to run your submersible pump dry as this will not allow for cooling and eventually your water pump will heat up so quickly and destroy itself
We submerged our pump in a barrel of water and then we are going to turn on the switch to test it and this is important, when you buy a new submersible water pump you should test it on the surface first before you buy it underground Don't pump with deformities - Навчання та стиль

to control power and protection against overload and short circuiting.
I have a problem here,when I switch on my control box it pours water into the tank for about a few seconds and then stops and thats it. Its hard even to fill in the water tank as it used to. What could be the problem?

@@Gastyleespartar Nah the water level was a bit lower than we had known. We had to add more of the safety rope and the 4 core cable thats all. Thanks anyways
The title of this video should be "how water pump works". You did not show us how you brought in the live wire into the box and the connection to the pump.
