A lot of very nice things about this home!:
Absolutely love the kitchen nook, and the backsplash!;
The staircase is a nicely placed, looks fantastic!;
The bridge on the upper level is such a nice touch on that whole area!;
The marble bathroom is flat out brilliant!
The best!, is the basement entertainment room / wine cellar!
*Vancouverites certainly do love their chandeliers!

@@SuperhouseBlondie haha! No, although I did live in Vancouver for a year, I’m from Halifax, now living in Ottawa.
Not a lot of architecture here that looks like this. I love looking at homes in B.C.!
The architecture in the Vancouver area and a lot of B.C. is very specific to, and only found out your way! Can’t get my head around the chandeliers, but the architecture out there is the best in the country!

The kitchen island is not “natural quarts”. Even though quartz is a natural occurring
mineral, quartz counter-tops are not 100% natural. With that said, that kitchen island and backsplash is most likely marble, hard to tell from the video though.
