I used to stay here whenever my parents went away lol. Really nice original owners. Their art collection really tied it all together though. The pool was a nightmare to maintain though

Not very sure where it gone wrong but I'm not crazy of this house. It's a little gloomy and hallway isn't inviting and corridor too narrow for such house size. Too many walls that will disconnect members of the house and the master room walk in closet is too small and dated for such house with that price tag 😐.

I hope I hit the lottery jackpot sometime soon so I could buy it :))

You could control all the Meile appliances with that media room control panel too, preheat the oven, start up a pot of coffee, turn on the dishwasher etc. They have Wi-Fi. I have Frigidaire, they don't have any fancy upgrades. So jealous.

That view is gorgeous, worth a million just for that alone. Right in the middle of the kitchen I'd have a square wood chopping block, 1mx1m for making pizza. Oh yeah, needs a Gaggenau 28" pizza oven.

Meile built-in gas and convection ovens as well as a Meile cooktop and coffee maker. That also looks like a Meile fridge. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say they got a great deal on a Meile dishwasher and W/D combo too.

The kitchen island is not “natural quarts”. Even though quartz is a natural occurring mineral, quartz counter-tops are not 100% natural. With that said, that kitchen island and backsplash is most likely marble, hard to tell from the video though.

I love the privacy. I hate when houses are so close together. This one seems very spacious both in and outside.
