I hope that they update Galaxy's Edge after each main Star Wars movie comes out (the Episodes). It would become dated if it still took place between Episode 8 and 9 if Disney plans to keep making Star Wars movies forever. For instance, it would be cool if they changed the park based on the state of the galaxy at the end of Episode 9. It makes more sense than updating Star Tours to base on the PREQUELS OF ALL THINGS, THE PAST STATE OF THE GALAXY.

i found one hidden mickey in smugglers run when i visited Baatu. right before you enter the cockpit, on the left of the box that the screen is in where your roles on the ship are described, three bolts make the face of a mickey. they are pretty big and easy to spot.

In this comment would like to mention something in this one video here. at one point you point out that on the trash cans in Galaxy's Edge, they read the serial number of the trash compactor in "a new hope." I noticed that if that serial number was on the death star trash compactor, then why is it on the planet Batuu, on all of the trash cans?? just something that i noticed in great curiosity and thought would be fun to theorize on. I think the first order is now taking on planetary cleanliness, spreading their trash cans all across the galaxy. :)

This confirms my belief that a Star Wars theme park should be separate and independent from the Disney parks. Star Wars DOES NOT BELONG in any Disney theme park. Don't know if anyone has mentioned it, but there were two Ark of the Covenants in the Great Movie Ride. One in the queue behind a glass case and one in the attraction itself. I'm guessing one of those is now in the Disneyland Galaxy's Edge and one will be in the Hollywood Studios Galaxy's Edge. Anyone's guess right now which particular Ark is in which park.

In the star wars universe the arc of the covenant is a twi'lek artifact. It can be seen in an episode of the clone wars and some other places too. It might have been on Han's ship in episode 7 behind a locked door. Check it out online or something as it's a fun Easter egg in Star Wars.

I know of another hidden mickey!! At least at WDW. The last tiny preshow screen in smugglers run, before you enter the cockpit and youre in the hallway. Look at the sides of the monitor, one of them here has a CLEAR hidden mickey made up of silver rings

Don't know if anyone has mentioned it, but there were two Ark of the Covenants in the Great Movie Ride. One in the queue behind a glass case and one in the attraction itself. I'm guessing one of those is now in the Disneyland Galaxy's Edge and one will be in the Hollywood Studios Galaxy's Edge. Anyone's guess right now which particular Ark is in which park.

In the star wars universe the arc of the covenant is a twi'lek artifact. It can be seen in an episode of the clone wars and some other places too. It might have been on Han's ship in episode 7 behind a locked door. Check it out online or something as it's a fun Easter egg in Star Wars.
