I've been looking for that option and didnt noticed that particular one - only pile of running and cycling nonsense...:) Although ,that was in the store,so maybe not all of them were shown in that "test" watch. Now,I believe it has one - if Xiaomi got one Huawei must have it,too. Did you found it or what would be proper alternative for that in presented options on the workout list?

Had gt2 for a while, battery life great and built like a brick shithouse. The glass has been banged many a time at work but it had no scratches. Works great with my iPhone and is better than the Apple Watch 6 I had before. Beast of a watch imho 🤜🤜
Decent review and pretty entertaining with the jokes sprinkled throughout it. One thing you should really avoid in the future... Glonass, Galileo, Beidou, etc.. are NOT actual satellite names, these are different satelite navigation sistems each containing at least dozens of satellites. Won't go in the details on how it works but what it means is that you're pretty much guaranteed to have accurate GPS wherever you are in the world the more satelite systems your device can connect to.
Each satellite system gives you your position, but when you cross check between at least 3,you have good accuracy. I am pretty happywith the gps of huawei watch 2 (not pro), but is time to change it. Question if watch 3 or gt2
@@lubov5569 guess it comes down to personal preference on design and the extra features of the watch 3 like cellular and wi fi. If you need those features then it's a straight choice but for me personally the battery life of the gt2 of 1week+ versus the watch3 3days made the decision easy
I can tell you from my gt 2 I've have Wore it 24 7 working on construction jobs etc etc and it doesn't have a single scratch on it find bought 2 3 years ago, it's the best scratch proof material I've ever seen, I wonder why they don't use it on phones, and lol at not on my watch

Just returned my GT3 Pro. Had it for only four days with limited usage and the edge of the screen was already sort of peeling off. Overall I liked the watch, but the quality let me down unfortunately.
I might have missed something... But my GT 3 PRO has got the ability to charge back to back on my Samsung S20 FE. It is not entirely dependent on the charger cable

Hi does it still require phone to setup the watch like GT2 Pro? Privacy concern if the watch with microphone requires the phone connection every couple of days, so can freely send your daily conversation transcripts to some remote countries. Otherwise - hardware beast.
You don't need a screen guard for the sapphire screen ... I've had my GT 2 pro for over a year now. It has been slapped around and hit various surfaces - 0 scratches.
I own a Huawei gt4 but there are almost no apps for it so I don't recommend a huawei watch they don't even have something as simple as a spotify app.. the integrarion with android is non existing sadly because the watch definitely looks good
There is a lot of confusion and discussion about the memory capacity of the GT3 pro. Huawei Netherlands told me RAM 32 Mb (which is extremely low and about 60 times lower than the 3 pro which is on older model watch of Huawei) and ROM 4 Gb. However many owners of this watch report that they are able to upload 25 Gb of music files to this GT3 pro. Many website report in their specification sheet of this watch 32 Gb memory. So @WhatGear can you once and for all end this confusion and check on YOUR GT3 pro what the real memory capacity of the GT3 pro is ? Maybe you can find it somewehere in the settings of the watch or just upload as many music files as possible. many thanks in advance.

This makes it so confusing if it is stated in most reviews that the memory is just 4 Gb. Maybe there are more versions of the GT3 pro and it is region dependend how much memory is installed !!!??????
Yeah the battery lasts because its not WearOS and no google and other apps, no writing messages, cant receive and watch pictures, cant write mails etc. But still, the build quality and design is ahead of Samsung watches.
I have the GT pro2 best watch I've ever owned but fails in one very important feature, there is no wireless network support. Of course, that drains the battery but wireless network support means you can leave your phone anywhere in the house and still make and receive phone calls which Apple Watch rates number one unfortunately. I have a Samsung watch5 with wi-Fi but I found very inconsistent.

Had the same thought, upgrading from my gt2. I like the more industrial look of the gt3 pro, compared to the classic watch look of the gt3. Side note, gt3 pro had titanium case vs stainless steel. And a higher resistance on the screen. That makes me lean towards the gt3 pro.

I can get the Pro 3 for a hundred off at the min so I'm tempted, I still like the dark grey of 2 as well though, can you connect 2 watches to the health app so I could swap them around if I wanted without removing one completely and then syncing the other.

Nope, you're wrong. I have tried several wireless charging pads and it's magnet is reversed so instead of clicking on it hovers above the charge pad.

Huawei design wise is done so well! Love my GT2 Pro, feels great looks great and performs well, just need Huawei to put Harmony on the GT2 Pro already

With a phone there's obviously a bigger screen. Sapphire on a bigger screen would be more likely to crack.

I've noticed that charging the GT2 Pro charges with no problems on a device that can reverse charge. (P30 Pro works fine all the time)

My GT2 has a metal strap that doesn't undo full. There's a magnet on the charging puck, it's not once been an issue.
