@@BJGvideos I like this mechanic. It makes the game more unpredictable and chaotic, which was kinda the whole point. Maybe adding the option is nice, but I feel like the game would get too generic if that was the case.
Directs are like this. You will find announcements for everyone not just the more hardcore gamers, that's why everyone gets salty really fast. Just to let you know last year they made a 35th anniversary Mario direct, so it's likely Zelda might get the same treatment. Now time to wait for the E3 one
an update that they plan to tell us more about it later this year is a good sign though, it may be possible they're saving it for a zelda direct too later on too if there would be one
Never realized it, but interesting how Skyward Sword, the first game in the timeline, was where Breath of the Wild, the latest in the timeline got a lot of it's beloved mechanics. It kinda comes full circle doesn't it? Edit: Then again, Wind Waker also played with the gliding mechanic.
The Deku Leaf is actually a more accurate analogue to the Paraglider than the Sailcloth, considering using the Deku Leaf to glide costs magic, which is what was ultimately replaced by stamina.
It's full circle by design. What Ganondorf says at the end of Twilight Princess is basically a cue for "It's time for us to explain this curse", hence Skyward Sword at the start of the timeline. BotW then takes that curse to its inevitable conclusion at the end of the timeline. I reckon it's setting up for the BotW sequel to be something to do with trying to end the curse. Also... OoT has the gliding mechanic, just it's disguised as a Cucco. :P
It is exciting, but it won't be out for over a year. You can tell Nintendo really has nothing new when the last announcement is not even close to release.
@@brizzle3947 They dont announce games in a consistent way. Paper Mario was announced like 2 months before it came out. I’m sure they have other stuff for this year.
Yes, triangle strategy is a successor of Octopath Traveller. Miitopia is a 3DS game, and well it looks weird but is actually pretty fun. And directs often have like pacing (very good pacing actually) and ratio of small games. Don't be disappointed. It's a 7/10 direct in my opinion!
Gotta say Skyward Sword had works especially well for his schedule. No worrying about getting a wii or playing with motion controls. Can’t wait to watch him play it when it comes out!
Directs are generally bookended with the biggest announcements, and in the middle they’ve got a few mild cool announcements, and a lot of small, niche stuff (usually 3rd party). I’d say directs generally provide a few cool announcements, and a lot of filler that small numbers will enjoy.
Rex's actor isn't bad but I get the distinct feeling that in the actual Xenoblade 2 game they just didn't do nearly enough takes to make sure all the scenes were just right. There was a lot less of that in Torna and Future Connected.
@@Nuvendil skye bennett (pyra's and mythra's va) already confirmed a long time ago that they were not even allowed to watch the scenes they were voicing in xc2.(the game was still in development at the time and they didn't want any leaks). xc1 cast on the other hand had all the cutscenes and original japanese va work to play with(since the game was already released in japan by that point)
@@Hooked_on_Gyro She is, but I preferred playing the game in Japanese and watch youtubers playing it with the English voices. And yeah Skye Bennet was pretty good. Malhos’s VA also nailed this. He was the best for me.
The voice actors weren't allowed to watch any of the cutscenes they were voicing and they barely got any context to the scenes That's why they sound so awkward most of the time
I also recommend Miitopia because some of the results you can get are hilarious. You can have IRL people like Obama and fictional characters like Bobby Hill as characters LMAO
Dude you've gotta keep in mind, Nintendo has a VAST audience, not all of their games are gonna appeal to you. They've got old school platformer fans, anime art style RPG fans, fans who are actual children, etc. If you go into a general Nintendo Direct with the expectation of most of it being hype for you, you're setting yourself up for disappointment. It's best to go in with an expectation of about 2-4 things being hype
I know the bunch of 3rd party games we don't care about in the middle of the Direct are kind of a downer, but they're really important because it shows Nintendo's commitment to supporting third party developers. Nintendo was often criticized in the past for sponsoring only their own games, and so this is their response.
@@fen6300 I mean, yeah, Square Enix stuff is usually not shovelware. I'm not including them lol. I'm talking about Plants Vs Zombies, Knockout City, Star Wars Hunter etc. I hesitate to say Neon White because someone out there is probably going, "Yeah! Neon White looks really cool!" And maybe it is cool. But I digress. There was only one announcement for a brand-new Nintendo game (Splatoon) while other games announced years ago remain MIA. Third parties are fine, but the negative reaction is expected.

Well, they *did* confirm that there'd be more Breath of the Wild 2 details later this year so my guess is maybe June or July they'll do a Zelda-exclusive Direct where they talk about various Zelda stuff
@@corrupted3600 that tells me that you probably only care about Nintendo E3 and forgot about it since it was canceled last year. I definitely didn't forget. Who could forget the last two E3s?! (I guess you apparently, but you know what I mean).
Hey Deebee, I know that the expectations for this direct were high but it is because last year there were no directs and after so long we waited for more news from the relevant or most anticipated franchises that had been announced in previous directs. We hope that the next direct will have more news of those and the possible future smash direct for the integration of Pyra.
@@rhettmitchell May be a silly name for for a conflict, but definitely very in line with the kinda stuff you'd see in real life history. @@Shalakor Yea, im so curious to see more of that project. It's sad that ppl are not even taking the jrpg as something that ppl wants. While, SaGa, Legend of Mana, Project Triangle Strategy are really good stuff.
As soon as I saw those clouds I lost it lol. Skyward Sword is my favorite Zelda game and I'm so happy it's getting a new chance on switch! I can't wait to watch you play, you will love it!
Skyward sword was the best part for the Direct!! Personally never got into Zelda until BOTW but I am super eager to play this and hopefully even watch you Play it Dee!!
Meh, I thought it was incredibly mid. Skyward Sword isn't really that great a game, plus in addition to not porting over the other two HD remakes they have, they had zero news for botw 2. Mid direct is mid.
Let me warn you: it's not as good as Botw, and it's very different in its pacing. I love the game, but it's no masterpiece. I hope you love it though, because it's probably my number 3 behind TP and Botw.
In the future, know to lessen your expectations... it makes my heart hurt seeing your disappointment. Think of Directs not as an event... Edit: As mentioned in the replies, this was a pretty normal direct. Granted, the filler is usually better than DC SuperGirls, but still. Much love.
This was a very normal Direct. It's like people getting disappointed just forgot that Directs always have several minutes of games they don't care about haha.
@@jonathand.4088 I do think even with that in consideration this was a slower direct. That mid section had to get carried by Mario golf (great but not a WOW OMG moment) and skyward sword which we kinda anticipated. Splatoon 3 and pyra were amazing, and most of the other stuff was kinda eh with some legit good stuff. Of course each direct is received uniquely, but I do think this was a slower one. The main thing is people had such high expectations after going 500 days without a direct, that I do definitely agree on. It was pretty good, not fantastic or horrible, just pretty good IMO.
As someone who loves X so much it's easily one of my favorite games of all time, that was pretty much my exact reaction. "Yay... I guess." Pyra was one of the few things I liked about Xenoblade 2, at least, though I'll be the first to admit that it's simply because I genuinely think she's pretty and fun to watch.
I mean I just love Xenoblade all around so I would've been super excited with almost anyone from the franchise. But Xenoblade 2 was one of the games I adored so I'm even happier that it's Pyra/Mythra.
This made me even more happy to have the knowledge you'll play Xenoblade 2. I love your content, and even more so, this game. I apologize for the saltiness of the chat you likely saw, it gets like that whenever they show indies or non-mainline series.
You gotta give kudos to Nintendo that they continue to showcase a variety of games rather than kow-tow to the salty people who only care about mainstream games.
I think you should definitely play Skyward Sword after Majora's mask! It's a great game and provides a lot of important lore for the legend of zelda series
I think it would be best to play Wind Waker and/or Twilight Princess before Skyward Sword, mostly because it gives not only the origins of the Master Sword, but also the origins of "you know who".
@@scottvgamer1163 I guess that could work, but I would have to say Skyward Sword before Twilight Princess or Windwaker, only because it gives not only explanation for those games but also due to demises curse and the reincarnations of Ganon, I feel it just makes sense.
@@grayson8059 I do understand, but I think it’s better to go into Ganondorf’s story before discovering his true origins. It makes the reveal of the reincarnation more impactful, and I think that’s the most intended way to play these games.
As soon as I saw this I literally said “YES, DEEBEE’S REACTION!!” Anyways, I know your gonna absolutely love this game, with or without motion controls, and I’m so excited to see you play this when it comes out
In this Direct we did see Eiji Aonuma casually mention that we would have an update on Breath Of The Wild 2 later this year, so there's that. And in the meantime, there's plenty of fun games coming out in 2021 that were mentioned in this Direct. And even games like DC Super Hero Girls can excel past their target audience if the gameplay and design quality are good. Point is, there's something for everybody in a Direct like this, and there's plenty to look forward to. So let's not stress about games that haven't released yet, let's enjoy what we have now, and keep making those Zelda livestreams, Deebs. ;)

Every direct has a hype drop in the middle like this, sadly. But the experience of it is seeing what they announce because it's a mystery box of games, you could get a load of crap or you could get non-stop bangers. Both have a chance of happening, but the majority of Directs have pockets of serious hype amid a pool of "eh" you take what you get, but the fun is in the anticipation, because you never know until the Direct is over.

I consider official as developed by the home studio and maintaining all of its original assets with just a higher res and frame rate when it comes to ports or remakes, which LA does not because it was completely re-skinned and built from the ground up by a separate developer. It's still Zelda, though, so I can see why you'd argue that.
@@_-insertname-_ My bad, but looking at all the gameplay footage on youtube I could find that say 60 fps were really less than 60 fps. That game runs more than 30 fps for sure, but it is not as clean as 60 fps.
Your reaction to Pyra and to Skyward Sword was amazing. And this is how Directs usually go, a little something for everyone, with a few "OH HELL YES!" reveals mixed in. On BOTW2 yeah, would love news but.... Nintendo lives by the motto "A delayed game is eventually good, but a rushed game is bad forever." And they know what they are doing so yeah it's worth a bit of a wait for something amazing.
The thing about directs is that it’s a time where games that normally go under the radar, get a chance to shine. Not every game is going to be a masterpiece of course, but I’m sure that every game presented today is atleast one persons new favorite. Basically, just don’t come into directs expecting an announcement for your favorite game(s) and expect to see some bizarre titles.
By the way, since I know you really want to know more about Zelda lore, Skyward Sword is a MUST. It’s the first game in the timeline, so it explains a lot about the existence of things that are now considered a staple of the Zelda series, like the Master Sword and the land of Hyrule itself. I won’t go into further detail as it could be spoilers, but this game is amazing!
It happens every direct, people's expectations get waaaaaayyy out of hand. Nintendo will probably do what they did with Mario, just give it it's own little direct showcasing the same type of stuff, a collection or two, merch, etc.
@Ben Fetchak I mean you say that and don't get me wrong I can't wait to play botw 2, but pokemon as a whole is one of if not the most popular and highest earning pop culture franchises in the world
Mario Golf, Age of Calamity DLC, Octopath Traveller Sequel, Legend of Mana, Pyra for Smash, Mario stuff for Animal Crossing, Hades Physical Release, Skyward Sword, Splatoon 3, Fall Guys and I surely missed something. That was a really good direct actually and I try to be disappointed, but I can't. 😂

damn DeeBee, I was there during the whole stream. your first Direct started off so hype, then devolved so quickly lmao. just glad Zelda and Splatoon kinda made it up at the end
Maybe he should go in expecting nothing and appreciating what he does get. But nope, he is a Nintendo fan now so he needs to be needlessly hyped that every game he ever wants will all be developed, revealed and released at the exact time.
@@Realmfaker Oh, please. You're a drama queen. Nintendo fans are too much: I agree, but Dee Bee's reaction was very reasonable, and yours isn't, considering that he wasn't even disappointed, as he literally explained at the end of the stream/video. At worst, he was just confused, but this is his first direct, so that's perfectly natural. Stop bitching. You're not solving the Nintendo fandom problem, you're just the other side of the coin to that problem.
@@Realmfaker I agree Nintendo fans can be entitled at times, but Deebee here had a reasonable reaction to it all. I enjoyed the Direct overall, but the middle did take a turn for the worse so I can see why people lost interest.
Yeah playing the games in order of release rather than in timeline order is better for first timers because they get to see the iterations on the gameplay each game
Man the Skyward Sword HD reveal made me so emotional I don't know yet if I'm gonna get it because I do still have the Wii version but man. I was 11 when that came out. I will be 21 by the time the HD remaster comes out. Memories, man. Memories.
Glad to hear they figured out how to bring Skyward sword to switch. The motion controls weren’t too bad, it was what it was for back in the day. The ability to physically fight with motion controls was an interesting concept. It was actually quite a workout, especially in the later end of the game. I found that made it more enjoyable. The release of this game is a silent groundbreaker. Because of the motion & standard controls gets a good reception? Could be a new standard for future Zelda’s.
I know some people were disappointed and I don't blame them since it's been so long since the last proper direct but overall I don't think it was that bad. It definitely had a few announcements that I thought seemed pretty good. I'm assuming we'll get a direct in the summertime as well to show off the second half of the year titles.
I think this direct was pretty cool, it had new games I'm personally interested in (Splatoon3, Famicom Detective Club), some that I'm not gonna play but do seem interesting and feel like something people who likes games like that might enjoy (triangle strategy) and a few that i don't care for at all (DC superhero girls). ...I think I just go into directs with a different mindset to a lot of people who seem to expect to only see Mario Smash Zelda Metroid Popular Game Ported On Switch, things like that. Meanwhile I'm just here to see what's new and occasionally scream bc I did not expect Skyward Sword HD or Splatoon 3.
I don't think people realize that Nintendo doesn't have to focus on HUGE MAIN Nintendo games. They do this every direct, they make some big announcement and then the other game's are shown. Yea this direct was Ehh, but that doesn't mean people have to go all crazy because it wasn't what they expected and they don't like the other games. If your not a fan of the other games then ok your not a fan, I personally love RPG's and I was hype, did I expect a little more yea, everyone did. people just get so salty some time and it makes me furious.
The cool thing about the big directs is the huge scattershot: even when seeing games I'm not interested in, it's cool to know what's out there and know that someone out there is excited. It's pretty cool to get the Famicom Detective Club games after 30 years of waiting.
I would say temper your expectations for Directs; they contain a little bit of everything for everybody, so it's natural to not be thrilled at 100% of everything you see. The content here is pretty standard fair as far as Directs go. Also, even though this was the first full non-mini Direct they've released in a long time they weren't going to show all their heavy-hitters. Nintendo tends to keep their hand pretty close to their chest. Most of their biggest reveals tend to be shown on their E3 and Holiday Directs. But despite everything, I'm really excited about most of what they've shown today and I know there's even more to come!
Outer wilds is one of those game that right after you finish the game you wish to lose your memory to experience the game all over again, it’s super underrated
I understand why you gave it a weird look, but Miitopia is a pretty fun and humorous game. I reccomend it. Not sure it'd be good for streaming though, might be good tomjust play it on your own time.
Watching this with you was so much fun. Even though the announcements weren't super exciting, I don't think I've ever had more fun watching a Nintendo Direct.
@@itsdax9409 They're in the middle of streaming the game, so they wanted to avoid spoilers. And, yeah, stuff like the blindfold is everyday shenanigans for them. They (and DeeBeeGeek) and probably some of my favorite streamers.
It still saddens me how people can’t grasp how wide of an industry gaming is. Like, it should be obvious you won’t like everything, but don’t say nobody wants something.
Honestly I thought this direct was pretty good, sure, we didn't get the Big Heavy Hitters like Metroid Prime 4, or BoTW2, but there was still a lot of cool stuff like No More Heroes 3 finally getting a release date, Mario Golf, Pyra in Smash, Splatoon 3, Monster Hunter Rise. even the more niche stuff like Famicom detective club, Triangle Strategy, and World End Club looked pretty sweet! Overall, way more hits than misses.
"middle is usually pretty iffy" Yea... Samurai Warriors 5 Monster Hunter Rise No More Heroes 3 Neon White Miitopia SaGa Remaster Legend of Mana Remaster New game from Dangan devs Ninja Gaiden Collection New RPG Project from Square Enix For me this middle looks dope af as well There were like only 3 games i think that looked bad or iffy.
Yeah the best part about directs if often the beginning and end. They throw some stuff in the middle like DC girls because they know people are watching for things like Splatoon 3. Still some great games but yes not everything is going to be amazing.
@@TGHunter Yeah I suppose it depends what you want from the direct really, it's probably more of a personal thing. I'm not much of a fan of JRPGs or generally games with very Japanese game design, and as a Japanese company they obviously put some focus on their own games, I think it would help if they spent a little less time on all the middle games and linked to extended trailers for people to watch for the games that need it. I didn't really want to watch 5 minutes of project triangle strategy, I know how a fire emblem game plays and it seems fairly similar That said, I'm very hype for No More Heroes and Neon White looks surprisingly refreshing even though they had shorter segments. I guess a better way to put it is that the Nintendo stuff is at the beginning and the end which makes it the most consistently interesting for everyone since those first party games are likely why you own the console!
Also stayed for my first raid on twitch too where we all joined a Zelda speed runner and she asked if Dee bee geek would be any good at doing botw speed runs and we pretty much all answered in unison “nah,....nah that’s not quite why we watch him”
I actually screamed “LET’S GOOOOO!” When I saw we got Pyra/Mythra. Only two things have I ever wanted in smash being a Xenoblade 2 rep and Phoenix Wright.
people in the splatoon fandom figured out what happened with everything in splatoon 3: the last splatfest in 2 was order v chaos and chaos won, and the game made it clear that things would change because of it, including weapons that were previously banned being unbanned. those weapons are shown in the trailer, so splatoon 3 is the aftermath of that splatfest. imagine what we might've gotten if order won.
What ever you do do not go on spirits in smash ultimate until you finish xenoblade or at least get most of the way through. Huge spoiler. Same with shulks final smash. It had a huge spoiler as well.
I feel like if he watches sakurai presentation about pyra then it'll spoil ocarina for him. Sakurai might say the mechanic of switching between characters is like melee and brawls zelda.
Skyword sword is literally amazing! I think people were frustrated because the controls were a pain, I hope they fix that. This zelda game is probably in my top 3. I remember I wanted it to be more like twilight princess so it made it harder to get into it, but honestly it's so cute, cool and fun!
I am expecting more Zelda news to get dropped on us without warning by the end of the month. It's the 35th anniversary of one of their biggest franchises, so I think a big announcement for it warrants its own mini direct
And so what started with Super Mario 3D All stars has finally came to its natural evolution for now with his first Nintendo Direct, DeeBee would no longer be a PlayStation/Xbox guy but a fully fledged gamer. Welcome to the pack lad... welcome.
The only things that got me excited this direct were: Pyra and Mythra in Smash Triangle Strategy DLC for Age of Calamity Skyward Sword. It was ok for me, but then again I didnt expect much lol
For me was... Pyra and Mythra Outer Wilds New Mario Golf Samurai Warriors 5 Monster Hunter Rise Miitopia Neon White SaGa Remaster Legend of Mana Remaster World End Club Ninja Gaiden Collection Triangle Strategy Skyward Sword HD Splatoon 3
ninja gaiden collection (gonna get it on ps4) no more heroes 3 mario golf famicom detective club games monhun rise triangle strategy romancing saga frontier remaster stubbs the zombie (depending on the quality of the port) neon white (gonna play it on pc) new ghouls and goblins bravely default 2 skyward sword and outer wilds were pretty neat as well, but i already own outer wilds on pc and skyward sword doesn't have any new content(at least from the looks of it) so there no point of getting it if you already have the 25th annyversary release.(aside from the high res textures and button controls). i would totally get them if i didn't already have them somewhere else.
This was a decent to great direct. Honestly, if you walk away with 3 games on your get list (or updates on things already on that list) it is a good direct for you. I had 9.
The headlines, for starters. Splatoon 3, Skyward Sword HD, Pyra/Mythra in Smash, HW: AoC expansion pass. Also, No More Heroes 3 getting pulled from the group of dev limbo titles (see Bayo 3, Silksong, SMT5, Prime 4, etc) with a release date. Further: Miitopia, Project Triangle Strategy, the physical copy of Hades (which I was holding out for), and Neon White.
Skyward Sword HD for Switch comes out in July but you ideally should be doing Majora's Mask and Twilight Princess after OoT, so the timing might actually be perfect!! I'm so excited lmao
OoT -> MM -> TP should not be played in any other order than that order. Same with OoT -> WW -> PH -> ST and ALttP -> ALBW. Everything else, Skyward Sword included can be played whenever really. Link's Awakening is interesting because the devs specifically said the story could apply to "any Link who has fought Ganon". The fact it was released prior to OoT makes it tie into OoT -> MM -> TP in a very interesting way regarding how Link interprets his dreams.
@@chiffmonkey you can play these game in any order really, never played OoT until recently and i could only agree with ''OoT -> MM'' cuz they're almost tied to eachother
@@Waxotoo Yes you *can*, but they're better played in order. I.E. the thematic arc across OoT -> MM -> TP about growing up, facing mortality and finding a balance between childhood and adulthood respectively. OoT before WW improves the visit to Hyrule Castle but is probably the most minor thing here. WW -> PH is a direct sequel and ST takes the King's decision to its thematic conclusion. And playing ALBW before ALTTP will just devalue ALTTP.
@@Waxotoo Twilight Princess and Wind Waker are pretty neat to play after Ocarina if you care about the timeline since both games are indirect sequels to Ocarina in separate timelines.
General directs are like this. All and all it was good considering we knew nothing about 2021. It’s still early so i expect Nintendo has more Zelda 35th anniversary planned to be revealed like with Mario. Keep in mind it’s donkey kongs 40th, Pokémon’s 25th and Metroids 35 as well so they could just not want to overshadow it all with everything Zelda at once. Pokémon is doing an event for its 25th around the 27th of February for more announcements likely.
DeeBee I saw that you had some interest in Outer Wilds. I just want to say that Outer Wilds was my favorite game of 2019 and one of my favorite games of all time. I would absolutely love to watch you play through Outer Wilds.
To inform you as a newcomer to Nintendo directs this is how it usually goes. Most of the time, they start with something big and end with something big. Stuff in the middle appeal to niche audiences. Like I personally was ecstatic for Miitopia cause I played the original and know how freaking fun and hilarious it could be. So many memes dude. Let me tell you though Splatoon 3 is huge. They usually end on Zelda, Mario, Pokemon, Smash, or with an announcement of a new title in a key franchise.
Directs are like this. There are announcements for everyone there, the hardcore gamers and the little children alike. You can usually expect two or three really hype announcements, but a lot of the games are simply directed at different target audiences. Anyone who actually gets salty doesn't understand that. For those wondering who we raided, it was Alexandralynne. She's on twitch mostly but also a bit on UA-cam.
Debee, I gotta tell you this because some of this is kinda important. You will learn who pyra and mythraare in xenoblade chronicles 2, and why should knows them in the dlc of that game, along with the characters that you saw on that new stage. I hope you are ready for that journey
I’m really excited for Pyra in Smash but I also want to let you know do not play Smash Bros while doing your Xenoblade play-through because it does contain a major spoiler

BotW then takes that curse to its inevitable conclusion at the end of the timeline. I reckon it's setting up for the BotW sequel to be something to do with trying to end the curse. Also... Fun fact about Pyra and Mythra’s trailer :
The voice acting was much much better than in XC2. Even Rex was actually decent.
most likely cause there was actually good voice direction. Rex does get good at the end though

It's best to go in with an expectation of about 2-4 things being hype
I know the bunch of 3rd party games we don't care about in the middle of the Direct are kind of a downer, but they're really important because it shows Nintendo's commitment to supporting third party developers. You really should lower expectations. I thought this was a decent direct. SSHD, Splattoon 3, AOC expansion!

I didn't really want to watch 5 minutes of project triangle strategy, I know how a fire emblem game plays and it seems fairly similar
That said, I'm very hype for No More Heroes and Neon White looks surprisingly refreshing even though they had shorter segments.
I guess a better way to put it is that the Nintendo stuff is at the beginning and the end which makes it the most consistently interesting for everyone since those first party games are likely why you own the console!

I'm glad Dee Bee Geek is now available while searching for Direct Reactions. Nice!!🍷
Skyward sword tells how Link, Zelda and Ganon are always destinated to fight, the warior, the princess and the calamity's first fight ever.

I feel like if he watches sakurai presentation about pyra then it'll spoil ocarina for him. Sakurai might say the mechanic of switching between characters is like melee and brawls zelda.
Personally, I don't care for Xenoblade, so I'll just use the spirits whenever I feel like it, thank YOU!
@@ethnictendo they weren't talking to you
@@exetone Just saying it ahead of time in case anyone bothers coming to me about it and telling me not to use the Xenoblade spirits as well.
@@ethnictendo But then why feel the need to say it? That’s just kinda stupid
Welcome to the pack lad... welcome.
The only things that got me excited this direct were:
Pyra and Mythra in Smash
Triangle Strategy
DLC for Age of Calamity
Skyward Sword.
It was ok for me, but then again I didnt expect much lol
For me was...
Pyra and Mythra
Outer Wilds
New Mario Golf
Samurai Warriors 5
Monster Hunter Rise
Miitopia
Neon White
SaGa Remaster
Legend of Mana Remaster
World End Club
Ninja Gaiden Collection
Triangle Strategy
Skyward Sword HD
Splatoon 3
I was intrigued by mii topia and skyward sword, and splatoon was my favorite part of the direct
ninja gaiden collection (gonna get it on ps4)
no more heroes 3
mario golf
famicom detective club games
monhun rise
triangle strategy
romancing saga frontier remaster
stubbs the zombie (depending on the quality of the port)
neon white (gonna play it on pc)
new ghouls and goblins
bravely default 2
skyward sword and outer wilds were pretty neat as well, but i already own outer wilds on pc and skyward sword doesn't have any new content(at least from the looks of it) so there no point of getting it if you already have the 25th annyversary release.(aside from the high res textures and button controls). i would totally get them if i didn't already have them somewhere else.
For me:
Pyra in smash
Skyward seord hd
Splatoon 3
Miitopia
This was a decent to great direct. Honestly, if you walk away with 3 games on your get list (or updates on things already on that list) it is a good direct for you.
I had 9.
Nice. Which nine?
@@BLeePrit im doing every game in the timeline order right now actually^^
It's available on PC and PS4/Xbox right now. It's the kind of game where the less you know about it the better, and this Switch trailer already tells you alot.
Yo, Skyward Sword! First Zelda game i bought a special edition of, still have my golden Triforce wiimote
29:25 that scream tho... 😆
*replays 5 times*
*I can't unhear.*
Directs are like this. There are announcements for everyone there, the hardcore gamers and the little children alike.
You can usually expect two or three really hype announcements, but a lot of the games are simply directed at different target audiences.
Anyone who actually gets salty doesn't understand that.
This was a pretty average Direct, so it's probably something you should adjust your expectations to.
Thank you. I don't get why people are so pissed about the Dc Super Hero girls game.
Hey DeeBee, you said that you wanted to really make someone's day, after the stream, with a raid and you really did. I don't know if she reached out to you to say thanks but she did say thanks at the end of her stream and I just wanted to thank you for choosing such a lovely channel for us to watch.
For those wondering who we raided, it was Alexandralynne. She's on twitch mostly but also a bit on UA-cam.
Miitopia was a highly customizable RPG for the 3DS, it's pretty good.
Yeah I loved it myself I might pick it up on switch
I'm excited for Monster Hunter, Mario Golf, and Skyward Sword. Pretty good direct, especially anticipating a Zelda-specific one coming up.
I love skyward sword and I’m so excited for it to come out!! can’t wait for you to play it!!
At least not until half way point at Prison Island
Anyone who has played Miitopia can tell you the game *does not* look like that if you leave it up to randomly picked out online Miis, and it's amazing!
Yeah splatoon 3 and that new character incliding skywards sword HD is great to be honest.
Ya know, I find it amazing watching this knowing it's your first direct. I love your reactions to all things Nintendo, it's like, "Yeah bud, here's what ya missed, take it in, and enjoy". Love the content man
TRIANGLE STRATEGY IS HERE
THRACIA IS NO MORE
Lmao
How will I level up Move, and Constitution now :(
Link got murdered in the Smash reveal so hard he went back in time to Skyward Sword
