Thyroid Nodules Test Results! Taking Care of My Health One Day At A Time!

Hello my beautiful people hope everyone’s well! This is the third video I recorded and was hesitant to share it! I decided to do so to encourage my friends, families and others who are dealing with health issues to keep going! There always a light at the end of the tunnel!
Since my nodules have shrunk, I have noticed great changes in my health like headaches! I’m not sure if it was related to my thyroid but I’m grateful to see changes!
I will be sharing more videos in this and foods I eat daily! I’m not a doctor I’m only sharing my journey to inspire and motivate u😘!
