once you get your oil filter hand tight,, grab with both hands and give it one more torque,,,, 1/8 to 1/2 more rotation is too tight.. hes gonna have to use a wrench to get back off again if he can.. it might just heatsink to the oil pan and get stuck

Hello I have a cbr650f 2017, I know I can you use 10W-30 oil, though I saw you have a 10W-40 is that also okay to use??
