Ingredients (for a 25 cm diameter mold):
1. Chicken fillet or minced meat, 500 gr.
2. Potatoes, 800 gr.
3. Onion, 1 pc.
4. Bell pepper, 1 pc.
5. Egg, 1 pc.
6. Garlic, 2 heads
7. Salt and pepper
1. Turn the fillet into minced meat, chop the onion and bell pepper in a blender, and mix everything.
2. Add garlic, egg, salt, pepper to the minced meat, mix
3. Peel the potatoes, cut into slices, mix with oil and salt
4. Put the minced meat on the bottom of the mold and place the potatoes in a spiral.
5. Bake at 190 degrees for 50 minutes.
