I love when you have get ready clips. Watching you get ready reminds me of my mom when I was little. Being grown and not living at home, I dont get those moments of sitting on the tub as she does her hair and makeup like I used to when I was little. Never forget how sweet, kind and lovely you are 🥰

Have you tried shredding your chicken in the stand mixer then putting it back in the sauce? It was a game changer for me! It makes the shredding go so much faster.

My husband always gets a cold sore when the weather changes in the fall and the spring, however, i start having him take llysine when the seasons are starting to change and he doesnt get one. Same for my daughter, she gets canker sores in her mouth all the time. This helps with those as well. Its in the vitamin section at Wal-Mart. Its amazing.

Quick tip for always having fresh ginger root on hand. Peel your ginger with a spoon and store in a freezer bag. When you need fresh ginger just take it out of the freezer and use your food grater to grate it into your recipe. Definite game changer for me ❤️

My dad and I are allergic to seafood, so we do chicken noodle casserole. Sometimes using canned chicken. Gives it a similar taste. But then I add cream of mushroom, cream of chicken, Italian seasoning, chicken broth, S& P, whatever veggies are accessible (usually peas or green beans), and egg noodles.

We just had tuna noodle casserole this weekend. I melt one stick of butter and saute 1 diced green pepper and 1small diced onion. Then, I proceed with my basic cheese sauce for macaroni and cheese by adding about 1/4c of flour and a combo of heavy cream and milk to make a basic cream sauce before adding shredded cheese. Then, I add 3-4 cans of tuna, and do not drain the water off one one of the cans. I then stir in one 16oz box of cooked elbow noodles. Pour into a 9x13 (I usually end up making a 9x13 and an 8x8), top with more cheese and bake until cheese is melted. We do not add peas and do not always add anything crunchy on top. I eyeball everything so I don't have exact measurements or cooking times.

Aw, what a beautiful party 🥳 . Its these moments that will be remembered. Happy B'day Boston. Everything looked so yummy.
I remember my moms tuna casserole. Cream of Mushroom Soup, Tuna and Peas a top of wide egg noodles. In her later years she used Cream of Potato Soup instead. It was never a lot of peas. It was a smear for garnish I think. My daughter added potatoe chips crumble on top for crunch. I believe she uses cream of cheddar or broccoli soup in hers. Aw, the recipe pass downs. Got to love them.

Oh man 😂 it's me again. I must be happy go lucky today, commenting so much. I once did crockpot BBQ chicken: with just onion and a little bit of BBQ while it cooked. Then drained the "juice" into a mixing bowl, and added more BBQ sauce after the chicken was shredded. Then I soaked my beans for chili the next day in the BBQ chicken juice. The BBQ chicken was almost eaten in one meal just a bite or 2 left, so I made chili right in that crock without even having to wash it! It was one of my best wins so far. I usually fly by the seat of my pants and end up having super simple meals 😂

When I make tuna casserole, I cook the noodles, mix some tuna, cream of mushroom soup, a big dallop of mayonaise and mix it all together. I add a little milk too so it's not so thick. NO PEAS. Mix all together, 350 for 25 minutes, remove add lots of cheddar cheese on top. Melt for another 5 minutes. It is so creamy and delicious. I serve cooked veggies on the side.

    Girl, I got you....
Joy’s take on tuna noodle casserole
    2 cans of drained tuna
1 bag of frozen broccoli (thaw)
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
    1 can of milk
1 lb egg noodles (boil al dente)
    1 cup shredded cheddar
2 sleeves of crushed ritz crackers
    3T melted butter
In a large mixing bowl add 2 cans of soup and one more can of milk. Mix until the soup and milk are well combined and no soup lumps remain. Add the rest of your ingredients (minus cracker crumbs and butter) to the soup mixture and mix until well combined. Pour the mixture into a 9x13 pan and spread it out evenly.
In a small bowl melt your 3 T of butter and toss with the crushed ritz crackers. Sprinkle cracker topping over the entire casserole. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until it’s hot and bubbly and the cracker topping is toasted to your liking. I serve with garlic toast and a salad! Also, this works very well as a freezer meal!

Happy Birthday to Boston! My tuna noodle casserole is very simple. A can of cream of celery (my husband can't have mushrooms), I grate in onion, tuna (or canned salmon or chicken), whatever grated cheese I have on hand about 1 cup, add in partially cooked egg noodles. I mix this all up well and transfer it into a sprayed casserole dish. I don't usually top mine, but sometimes I'll put crushed crackers or dried onions on the top. It is so good!! Oh, I do add about a half can (I use the cream of celery can) of milk to thin it out a bit. :) 375F for about 30-35 mins!

This is my go to recipe for Tuna Casserole. My family loves it. It's easy and inexpensive and cheesy. This is the same recipe my mom used as well.
1 large package dry egg noodles
2 cans tuna in oil drained well
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can Cream of Celery soup
    Velveeta slices
    ½ stick butter melted
    1½ cups bread crumbs
Prepare noodles as directed on package, drain. Stir together noodles, tuna and undiluted soups. Pour into sprayed 9 x 13 pan. Top with Velveeta cheese slices. Mix melted butter and bread crumbs. Sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake uncovered 350 degrees for 30 mins.

Just as a suggestion if you are out of coleslaw for the bbq sandwiches, I use Trader Joe’s (although many stores now have their own version) broccoli slaw. Which if you’ve bought raw broccoli, is just shredded broccoli stems and shredded carrots. And since brussel sprouts are also related to cabbage, I bet shredded brussel sprout would also work. I do it mostly because I don’t actually like cole slaw and I just mix the raw ‘slaw’ into the shredded chicken. Bonus is that you end up eating more veg than if you just put the cole slaw salad on top, but you also aren’t eating all that mayo. And it’s actually crunchier without the mayo added.

I make tuna casserole with no peas and add parm and french fried onions on the top 🙂 Made it with cheddar cheese before too and that is just as good.

Everything looks so delicious!!! 🤤😍 For snacks I like to keep a container of homemade ranch in the fridge and whenever I'm a little hungry I slice up some cucumbers and bell peppers and dip it in the ranch. Or when I'm lazy I roll up a slice of gouda cheese with a slice of ham 😅

My tuna noodle bake has cream of mushroom, Velveeta salt and pepper. No peas or carrots. My family loves it. You can bake it with shredded cheese on top instead of breadcrumbs.

Kimmy, I make my tuna casserole with the sauted onions, garlic, celery, and mushrooms. Instead of using peas I use frozen mixed veggies. Usually the mix with green beans, carrots, & corn. I put the Tuna, cream of mushroom, and I add the cheese blend. Most importantly I season all of it well, and add some Old Bay Seasoning. I also top with a layer of chese. I mix breadcrumbs or Panko with butter, and top with that. I dont think I forgot anything. My husband, and everyone who has ever eaten it, has said it's the best Tuna casserole they've ever had!

A friend drizzles italian dressing on top of her casserole before serving. Sounds odd but it tasted amazing. You can find Miso paste in Sprouts or Whole foods if you have one nearby. You can try making miso soup to use it up.

To add alittle zip to my tuna pasta salad is finely chopped green olives. I use the tuna, pasta, onion, celery, peas(I prefer canned, not as much liquid) , a lot of salt and pepper and mayo.

We make something called tuna pasta. It's just elbow macaroni, tuna, peas, and a can a corn...I mix it with mayo an laurys season salt to taste. Half of the family likes it warm and half like it chilled. It was a I was straped and what was on hand invention.

I think the secret to a good tuna casserole is to omit the tuna! Definitely omit the peas. And the tuna. 🤣

I'm not sure if you put grated cheese in the casserole mix, but that will give it an extra yummy flavor.

My dad just taught me how to make his tuna casserole, he does 2 small cans of cream of mushroom soup, about 2 cups mayo, 2 big cans of albacore tuna, mushrooms, onions and celery, salt & pepper and topped with cheese! He hates peas but I love them so I’ll have to try adding them!

I know I said it on instagram but "happy birthday Boston!" 💙🥳 My oldest turns 13 in OCT...I'm not ready!! Lol
I don't put carrots in my tuna casserole, but love peas in it. Also, potato chips on top is a MUST! I don't make it often because only half of us like it. 😆
