The craziest part about him throwing 36 TDs and rushing for 1200 yards in 2019 was that there were four games where we (Ravens) were so far ahead, they took him out of the game in the 4th quarter. He literally played only 15 games and still put up those numbers. Unreal.

@@aravendownsouth7117 Definitely. I was disappointed when Lamar went 32nd in the draft, but I have no doubt he's where he's supposed to be, with the Ravens.
Vick lit up the nfl if it wasn’t for his incarceration and all that I think there is no way anyone would be able to touch him as an all around and athletic Qb right now. Vick had a cannon and I think the speed was around the same as Lamar maybe more thats just me saying that I’m not sure. Still Vick changed the game when it came to running qbs and what they can really do? Was Vick the first qb to run under at 4.28 I think he might. Lamar has to give homage to the fact that Vick opened the door for him to allow this whole thing. It should have already happened but it’s clearly business and clearly teams make decisions on what they believed has worked in the past or the players they see in the positions that have been the best. If it wasn’t for Vick in the past who knows what would have happened to Jackson. Numerous teams already wanted him to change positions the ones that didn’t it probably has a lot to do with his skill they see but also seeing Vick and Randal Cuttingham and comparing that. Which gives them the confidence to invest the money they did in him that’s what people don’t get this is a buisness they have to convince the owner and maybe more investors that this would be a good investment. I’m telling you now that shouldn’t have been a discussion with his play his athletic ability and everything they should have wanted him anyway but in reality the world we live in people can be ridiculous and racist at the same time. The reason I say that is I 100% believe if he was a white QB who had all the yards and the same size and same 40 speed I really believe he would be the number one pick or close to it. Which Lamar wasn’t. So just for the culture and football as a whole I think what Lamar is doing is great and I think that Randall started and Vick broke the mold to make all these teams question the way they think. So this opened the door for Lamar, plus the NFL isn’t the same as the past a lot of the hits Vick and Randall took are probably illegal now but if you ever watched an actual game with Vick or Randall they put it all out there and like Lamar were not physically big but got hit hard a lot when they did and a lot cheap shots. Vick was a one of a kind player who was a human highlight reel. One of the first times that come to mind is the Green Bay, Atlanta game years ago and I literally watched a man at QB that took 5-6 people to get to him on most cases. A lot of things aren’t highlights if they don’t gain yards or score a td or something it doesn’t make the highlight clips. Still when it comes to Vick even if it was avoiding a sack for no gain if you watched you would say how the fuck did he just do that. One play that stands out was the game Vs Green Bay regular season when he was for Atlanta and he dropped back to throw and he had numerous d linemen chasing him right away like they got a free rush. He was running from them ran all the way to the right side while they were chasing somehow at the sideline did a move where he stopped and took a Stutter Step litterally tipy toeing the sideline and got away to at at least not to get the sack I don’t remember if that gained a yard. Still what I’m saying is this was a normal thing with him. So Vick and Lamar in my lifetime of watching I can say are QBs that make you feel your watching a madden video game becuse they play like that and did things that we don’t think people should be able to do. Last thing, Lamar could have smashed so many records last year. No one talks about the fact Lamar sat out 9 quarters because they were beating teams by so much and he didn't play in the last regular season game.
While Mahomes is a great passer Lamar is more athletic and a freak of nature he also has no wide receivers all are 2nd grade wide receivers Baltimore is bad at wide receiver scouting and development. If Lamar had a #1 receiver like all the other new quarterbacks he would be more of a force to be reckoned with . Both Lamar and Mahomes are generational talents . But Lamar is his team lacking weapons definitely
Idk if that's true. Running QBs lead you to think that because they don't like to or aren't as skilled at passing the ball. Personally I think Hollywood is as good as TY Hilton but idk about Boykin. Some receivers do better with more conventional QBs. Boykin could be one of those guys. Vick would have receivers that looked bad when they played with him and then shine when they went to other teams. Receiving relies on precision routes and timing. How can you take advantage of that if the QB has abandoned the play and is scrambling around?
@@thinkaboutit6029 i don't agree with that it's called a duel threat if you watch Lamar passes the ball just like Mahomes , wilson , Deshaun, Josh , kyler all the quarterbacks are doing it now and they aren't having a problem there is not many pocket quarterbacks left in the game . Just because Lamar can run more elusive doesn't mean he doesn't throw it is no different than the other mobile quarterbacks if they could run futher and get more yardage then they would.
@@tonjabowman7208 it doesn't matter that u don't agree. It's a fact. That's the book on Lamar. That's how we got beat the last 2 years. You aren't paying attention to the details if u did u would have noticed he throws 99% of his passes down the middle of the field. Teams know that and force him to throw outside the numbers to the sidelines which he hasn't been able to do. Mahomes can do that and so can Watson. So he's NOT like the other dual threat QBs. He can be shut down more easily. Let's hope he proves me wrong but until he does that will be the book on him.
@@thinkaboutit6029 true facts and I can't dispute it as a Ravens fan 😔 but our passing scheme does suck and I'm dissapointed that we still have Greg Roman as our OC. Hoping for change this upcoming season tho🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾
This some history for some of you who are to young to know this information. Marlon Brisco in 1968 was the first black player to play the position of Quarterback in the New NFl. However, he was benched he never played a game. A lot of you young people don't know there were two football leagues in America. The was the American Football League (AFL) and the National Football League (NFL). During the playoff games the AFL would play against the NFL in the playoffs.
If your impressed with this you have to see his highlights this year. Not sure if you saw the Ravens vs Browns part II. Lamar was in the lockerroom for about 40 minutes due to cramps getting IVs (he was 2 weeks removed from COVID). Back up QB goes down with injury. He comes back in 4th and 5 with about 3 minutes left in the game and throws a 40+ yard touchdown
Then the browns answer with a touchdown and lamar has to come back on the field to lead the offense down the field into field goal range to win the game 🤯 Monday Night Football
You should check out Charles Woodson, he's the only player in NFL history with 20 or more sacks and 50 or more interceptions as well as being tied for the most defensive touchdowns.
Patric Vs Lamar would be a unfair comparison. The weapons around pat vs lamar are not the same nor close. Player for player Lamar is better than any qb in nfl history.
I didn't know where Lamar Jackson was from, then you said he must be from Florida because of how he danced. I thought, "No way". Looked it up, he's from Florida, crazy

LJ can pass and he did try in the beginning of this past season. But JFC being dead last in passing hurts like shit when we all know he wants to throw the rock. Hoping for change this upcoming season tho🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾
Michael Jackson, Ray Rice, Chris McAllister all say different
Look up Devin Hester, and Dante hall.
Them dudes were specimens.
Also Michael Lewis he drove a beer truck before Killin the NFL.
This guy is the best I just watched like 2 hours of this guy
This some history for some of you who are to young to know this information. Marlon Brisco in 1968 was the first black player to play the position of Quarterback in the New NFl. However, he was benched he never played a game. A lot of you young people don't know there were two football leagues in America. The was the American Football League (AFL) and the National Football League (NFL). During the playoff games the AFL would play against the NFL in the playoffs.
Era-8 anytime. I noticed you repping Kenya too. Good stuff
@@Joshua-sw1dq Easily the game of the year... possibly the best game from the past few years
@@EXISTENTIALization nah the rams vs cheifs 2 years back was lit
@@micah2426 no it was just trash defense
This man said Kyle Murphy
Stop it bruh 💀 he played rugby
Love your Kenyan shirt, great vid!
I love Kenya... Heading back in March.
@@trayreacts3633 that’s cool it’s really nice
You should check out Charles Woodson, he's the only player in NFL history with 20 or more sacks and 50 or more interceptions as well as being tied for the most defensive touchdowns.
Hey bos, I like your Kenya shield and spear shirt. Where can i get one?
I got it as a gift.
Patric Vs Lamar would be a unfair comparison. The weapons around pat vs lamar are not the same nor close. Player for player Lamar is better than any qb in nfl history.
We need a new offensive coordinator that can call games to our strengths
I didn't know where Lamar Jackson was from, then you said he must be from Florida because of how he danced. I thought, "No way". Looked it up, he's from Florida, crazy
#CaliRaven Big shout outs @ProRugbyPlayerReacts. #RavensFlock #TheNorthIsNotEnough.
I been a Ravens season tix holder since 1996 and I seen some great player's come threw the Ray Lewis, Ed reed ,John Ogden Steve McNair ect ect none had the excitement to the game that Lamar Jackson has
Lamar Jackson is the best QB bro
Had to sign in and hit that 👍🏽 Button
You're an excellent youtuber my guy!
Lamar was clocked at Louisville at 4.34, but he said he had turf toe.
I subbed for “are you a part of the space program”
Stay tuned 2021 Lamar will light it up
Dats My #1 Qß right there 💯🎯
Lamar is already smashing all Vick's records he is better on and off the field he isn't into that gang banging and dog fighting either lamar is a true humble man and the sky is the limit for him
Vick paid his price, I'm not about keeping any man down.
This is a really dope highlight reel but for some reason they didn’t show one of his nastiest jukes where he completely broke dude down on the bills. You should check that one out
Imagine Lamar Jackson playing with Ray Lewis and Ed Reed Era..... Man, listen the whole 31 NFL teams will hate The Ravens because they'll win multiple SBs
PLZZZ DO Safety BOB SANDERS!! He was very undersized but WRs feared that man he played for the Colts #21
Just finding your channel. Have you reacted to Micheal Vick highlights?
And to think the Ravens picked Hayden Hurst first then traded back up for Lamar lol
I was waiting on that spin move to come 😂
And in that game when we played the patriots they were 8-0!
Lamar Jackson baby!
At the Heismans, Lamar was sitting next to Deshaun Watson.
I feel like if we went through our football teams and picked 22 athletes big guys and skill guys and taught them to play rugby we could have a somewhat formidable team in the world of 15s rugby
In the state that I'm in, jumping over someone when possessing a football is considered a penalty, I am just asking if in that states is it legal to jump over somone.
Nice Kenyan shirt...
Love from Kenya...
Go Ravens
