We day trip to Cape Tribulation, where the rainforest meets the reef, and come face to face with a spectacular cassowary! Plus we check out all the foodie delights that the region has to offer.
And, we hike through pristine rainforest to a secret waterfall on the Mossman river.

Beautiful part of the world, mrs and I just spent a week at port Douglas and travelled around. We are from Tassie so obviously nice down here but amazing scenery up there and compared to here so much cleaner no littering on side of the road. Good to see your all up and about after the rollover.

You are bringing back so many memories for us of the Daintree NP . Our first drive was in 1985 , 2 years after the road was bulldozed through the rainforest so was very raw with heavy timbered roadsides . No commercialism of course . Next 2007 and then 2017 and oh yes , the ice cream shop was so good . Really enjoy your fabulous drone footage . And think you have a beaver in the making or maybe an engineer in Casper . What a awesome experience trekking to that special waterfall .

We in mossman now !second time hear and definitely the most underrated place in aus! It is so epic! We are lucky enough to have a tinnie on the roof and went to low isles today and snorkelling was amazing! And washed the salt off in mossman Creek! Staying at the golf course unpowered for $110 a week! The cheapest gateway to heaven in aus! Awesome vid guy's will stay and do that waterfall tomorrow! Thanks for the heads up! Thanks for sharing another great video. We were there in July, there are other places in Australia but North qld keeps calling me back. We also stayed a couple of days in Mowbray River Road, Big 4.

After watching the video, the highlight was certainly the Camp Ground at the end with the secret waterfall. I wondered if your Thumbnails and Titles should reflect the most important piece of your video and not just generally where you are? The exclusivity of the waterfall and as an image with you in it may attract more viewers? Hope I’m making sense. I feel like you guys should have more subscribers and viewers!❤

Thank you! I’m flying pretty much every second day - so loads of hours now - I e crashed approx. 6 times over a 3 year period and been able to recover (and repair if needed) every time… fortunately no lost drones 😅 I can say that now o know subconsciously exactly what shots I’m getting once in the air 👍 crashes will happen, this is always ok if not into someone’s property or a human (that would be bad!!😅)
I was thinking yesterday that I didn't have a boy baby to use my favourite name Jasper
We had actually chosen 5 other boy names and 5 girls but when he arrived we didn’t think he matched any on our list!! 💙

My wife and I are looking to move and retire/live in Daintree. Can you offer any advice???
Wow! We’ve only spent a week there and we love it!! So… advice on retiring there, maybe get a 12 month rental so that you can experience the change in weather across a year that would most likely be a contributing factor AND see if there is a ‘Community’ to connect with that makes you feel you’re a positive part of the bigger picture - find a purpose you can contribute too - we think you’ll create a long happy Daintree Life WOW 🌴☀️😎💙🙏
Did you need to get permission to fly the drone in the Daintree?
