    A combination of:
    A) one of the most iconic races/ circuits on the planet

    C) the HD tank mount with gimbal and 0 effects with just the engine for a soundtrack

4:26 - oops missed a shift. Cost a second or 2 there. What a Beast ride. I’ve raced for many many years. I would never race on the Isle of Man. Shit happens, but when it happens at the ISLe or man. Allot of times you can’t walk away from it. Great brass balls mate!

Notice how it still has its mirrors and side stand on(heavy as fu## compared to a race bike)........ Michael just out for a blast on a off the peg road bike ( not racing) no words!

Amazing and incomprehensible. What is that when speedo stops showing MPH (it is MPH? Must be) and tach blinking red? Entering a different dimension? Also, 2nd gear 90MPH, how does that work?

Love to see Rutter and Cam Donald start together on V4S's, and roll it out with cams and comms, for fun, and the floggery of the bike ...

It still pickles my brain that this is on a ROAD BIKE. Even though it's got Mr Rutter himself at the helm it's still unbelievably quick. Always wondered how he fits those balls into his leathers.

    Max speeds...or thereabouts, unless I missed some short-shifting or over-revving? :-
    1st 85mph
    2nd 112mph
    3rd 136mph
    4th 159mph
    5th 185mph
6th ???mph (whatever it makes from 13,000-14,500rpm in top?

Easy to calculate, its 206mph in 6th based on your numbers. But those are thachometer numbers, so subtract about 5-7% off of them.

      My road-going 1976 tuned 850cc pushrod V-twin , shaft-drive, heavy, kidney-bashing, agricultural engined, car-type clutch/ battery/ starter, c/b points, proddy-race LeMans, from memory was
      1st 55mph
      2nd 85mph
      3rd 110mph
      4th 135mph
      5th153mph.(legal PR rules tuning MCN-tested bike 148mph)
40mm carbs, straight-cut close-ratio gearbox, aftermarket steering damper, unlinked brakes, calipers behind the fork legs, big-bore exhaust system, Pirelli Phantoms. Bit of work on the engine, but not that much.
Seemed fairly nippy on the roads back then. When the horrid GPz900R came out I could reel in a good rider on one of those and pull away, on the roads. Positively stomped out of bends.
