Hey Im a doctor and here’s some useful information
- pregnancy mein bilkul nai use karna and stop 3 months before planning baby because isse bachay main abnormality ho sakti hai.
- basically retinol vitamin A hota hai aut wesay tou skin k liye bohut acha hai lekin overdose na hojaye iss liye avoid karte pregnany mejn
- raat ko retinol use karain tou next day sunblock laazmi laazmi use karna hai because isse skin sun say sensitive hojayi thori
- face par dryness bhi cause karta hai tou din mein 2 dafa moisture zaroor karain face ko aur retinol k ooper daily moisturiser lagayen and water intakr increase karain
- retinol ko aap har product k saath combine nai kar sakte matlab agar aap products layer karte hain tou jis din retinol use karain uss din sirf moisturiser lagayen
- pea sized amount is enough for whole face jitna merium nay lagaya hai utna nai lagana jalan hogi

Heyy i started retinol for a while and o started noticing that it made me more sensitive to sun exposure, small red dots near my cheek and mose ( i had tiny open pores near cheek and nose area , and open pores on my nose) . So any ceramides should work right? I don't have any acne, so using ceramides will repair the barrier right?i heard dot and key was good for barrier repair is it good? How about the snail mucin?
Yep ...its natural side effects, so keep moisturised nd use sunscreen nd use retinol 3 times in a week

Never ever apply retinol on wet skin please do not apply retinol on damp skin. And retinol only pea size always and once in a week for beginners and gradually you can increase it. Please watch another video donot rely on this. Watch others also and then start.

Want to add one tip more , first use 2 times only in a week , than use on alternative days means slowly make your skin used to it , in this you can also prevent its side effects.
