Sulzer Sense - Sensor installation

Sulzer Sense condition monitoring is a unique solution that, in combination with Sulzer's online monitoring service, allows you to remotely view the status of your equipment 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The condition monitoring feature identifies changes in condition parameters, helps you to optimize preventive maintenance and enables troubleshooting by identifying abnormal vibrations or high temperatures at an early stage. You can easily detect issues such as potential imbalance, misalignment, looseness and bearing wear.
The solution includes wireless sensors and a gateway, which are easy to install and use ─ just plug and play.
The wireless Sulzer Sense sensors can be attached to a pump, agitator, motor or any other rotating equipment. The sensors measure temperature and vibration in three axis and send the data to the cloud. The data can be easily viewed on a laptop, tablet or smartphone. The customer sees an alert in the cloud service if the temperature or vibration exceeds the accepted levels. No manual measurement is required.
The Sulzer Sense gateway connects the measurement sensors to Sulzer’s online service. It supports a wide range of wired and wireless connectivity such as cellular, WLAN and Ethernet network.
