Every law system has defects in it, not just a particular country's. Some systems are worse than the others, but overall, they aren't as different from each other as we think.

@@db2663 Like Saudi Arabia, North Korea have their extreme strict law system. But other countries not. Though that much toughness is not good for any country still there the illegal activities are less than others (not talking about North Korea). Overall it's really sad to see such uneven law system of these countries.

It is sometimes difficult to get justice in India but on the other hand there are 2 ways of a story one in which due to corruption justice is enable to be provided but on the other hand people do get justice because these higher powers maybe be blind but once this gets onto the citizens their anger their possession because of this pressure cases are reopened and justice is provided rest countries law is really harsh but in India if evidence is provided with a good lawyer who can narrate your story well u get justice no matter what and i can proof it with a real story of Mr and Mrs Chatterjee pls do watch that film its real and has real pictures of the characters at the end which gibes the proof

Actually a law book can't depict all scenarios. A judge has to bind with laws not their emotions. For example we said that if we declare hang till death for rape. There are many girls who will abuse it. And such a heinous crime there are not that much proof. Because sex without consent is considered as rape. But imagine a girl give their consent to him but in the court he said it is with out consent how the man gonna prove it . For this perspective many brutal rapist free from judiciary. Kannon andha hain you must have listened.thats why in the ancient age the law maker was a person who can analyse every perspective. In maharana pratap era he has cut hand of a rapist and hanged in the middle of the country there was no rape under his rule . Now if you do this that will be against human rights. So you have to analyse every perspective then give blame to any one

What they went through was horrifying. However, not many people discuss Kitty's sexual abuse of Lyle in detail. Their mother was just as evil as Jose, and she sexually abused Lyle by asking him to touch her body for her pleasure. In an interview, Erik said he didn't know his mother knew about the sexual abuse, but when she said she did, he saw his mom and dad as the same person. This case breaks my heart, and Lyle just wanted to protect his younger brother. It's even sadder that both brothers spent more time in jail than they did outside of it. They suffered abuse from their parents, and when they finally got freedom, they were put in jail.

I am feeling so bad for these brothers. I might sound like a psycho, but I don't feel a bit of remorse that their parents were killed. When I heard that Lyle's prosecutor said that "MEN CANNOT BE R" I wanted to smash my phone. But I again feel bad for the brothers that they had to kill their own parents with their own hands. No one talked about men's mental health or how they were harassed or assaulted at that time. The victims were punished for their crime but no one understood their pain, that too not from colleagues but from their own family members. I think giving life imprisonment to the victims who kill their assaulters or harassers should be given psychological therapy but at the same time they should serve the community or other services where they are redeem themselves. But yeah, it is just my thoughts, and also i know that judiciaries don't work like this.
But the pain in the eyes and also their body language actually, revealed a lot of things, the pain that they actually went through. Hopefully, they get justice for the things that happened to them.

    They have done nothing wrong.
His father and mother deserves that . In India also there are many parents who always mistreats their children very bad like an enemy. They beat them very badly, insult them in front of relatives, neighbours and friends And they justifies those abusive behaviour at the name of parenting .

My takeaway from this case... Kitty saw the separation of her parents which stayed in her consciousness even after so many years, she became a pious, devoted wife that will prevent her husband from leaving them, even after knowing had she taken the help of authorities the outcome would have different rather she publicly abused and took notes of her child's misbehaviour.
The boys back then never had any understanding nor any help to even fight back. It saddens me the most that the trauma that they have to induced everyday led to an escape path which is murder.
It is disgusting to see how closed and narrow interpretations of assaults were inculcated to these lawyers back in those societies. A disapproving father who constantly abused his sons for not meeting the standards to a selfish mother who only thought and cared about her marriage destroyed the lives of two young boys.
Imagine back in the day you come to home and your father undresses with you and starts inserting objects in you, oh god, inhumane.
Clearly they lost the sense of what was normal what was right probably what was best possible solution to overcome this.
    P.s. SR has huge biceps...mancrushed ❤❤❤

The worst part is that they were given more time in prison than most rapists do. Its disgusting. Men are already taught to not show their emotions by society and their parents and this case just proved that even the criminal justice system has the same mindset. Shame on the judge and shame on the jury. I have massive respect for their lawyer.

I'm very greatful they killed their own parents. Now, everyone would be hating me and all. But, here's why I think this. See they both were traumatized by a very-very young age. And it wasn't that both of them were cruel or not good-hearted. They had a realization of what they did and what happened to them in childhood, we can see this in the court's recording. And also after all this they still held each other back. The money they spent was wrong but, all they did that was because of emotional scars.

Watching this video brought all my trauma back. It started when i was 6 or 7 years old. I was in the second standard, the school was a small private one. So the students were limited.
The door to the roof in that school was always open. Students from other standards (9th or 10th) used to take some of us on the roof. At first we used to play there, the roof had one store room kinda thing and she took me and SAed me there. It was actually many childs getting SAed there in that same room at the same time. Sometimes in bathroom in recess time. I knew that "i should not tell this to anyone" because i was told that so or things would happen to me.
All of this stopped after 5 years when my school changed and i took admission in 6th standard in another school. I try to be happy now. Try to forget what happened in the past.
Hearing all this that happened to these brothers makes me sad. My heart goes to out to these brothers.
