dude i read the cbi report it seems that this was not his first attempt to murder but he may have tried before , below is the shocking revelation by his friends,
The CBI questioned all the high school students, especially the ones who were more friendly with Bholu. A disturbing pattern of callousness emerged. One student said that around 3 weeks before the attack, Murderer had claimed he would stop the exams & PTM(Parent Teacher Meeting) somehow because he wasn't doing well in school.
He claimed to have brought poison to the school and even showed the student the empty bottle lying outside the bathroom window. He told the bemused student that he had mixed the poison into the water bottle of a girl in his class.
They both watched as she opened the bottle & brought it to her mouth, then she smelled something strange & noticed that vapors were coming out of the bottle so she threw it away. A very narrow escape for that girl!

i think the kid belonged from affluential that why he had he had this mindset and he got away , let me explain why.
firstly the bus conductor agreed easily he did the murder.
secondly police in very hastly manner think they solved the case, even when they noticed that bus conductor never went inside the bathroom.
thirdly the boy's name doesnt even come out in public plus he doesnt get much of punishment . you need a big lawyer for all these thing to happen.

This is no justice. Bus conductor got punished for no reason just because he's poor. We all were 16 once with strict parents yet we were not this stupid. He had no right to take someone's life. The whole "his future will be ruined" debate is pretty ironic knowing the victim in all of this, a child too, will never get to have a future, just because he was unlucky that day? Its sad. The killer's identity being protected from the public is pretty reasonable but he DOES NOT deserve a future after taking away someone else's.

The whole school staff knew about that killer and the Haryana police were also saving that killer boy together. Because his family members are big people, that's why his name was not made public even in the Supreme Court and only a powerful lawyer can do such work and only a powerful man can hire a powerful lawyer.

Recently, I watched a documentary that highlighted the devastating incident involving Mr. Ashok Kumar. It is deeply distressing to witness how his life has been turned into a living nightmare due to the incompetence of the Police and the influence of powerful individuals with financial resources. The Police subjected him to brutal beatings, resulting in severe injuries and haunting nightmares that continue to haunt him. The psychological trauma he has endured is unimaginable, leaving him in great distress. Shockingly, he has not received any form of financial or other assistance to help him recover from his ordeal.
Had this incident occurred in the USA or any European country, the perpetrator would likely have been brought to justice, and Mr. Ashok Kumar might have received significant compensation through a civil lawsuit.
The physical injuries inflicted by the Police have left Mr. Ashok Kumar partially paralyzed, making it incredibly difficult for him to find employment. Consequently, his children are deprived of the opportunity to attend a decent school, compounding the hardships faced by his family. Mr. Ashok Kumar's heartbreaking statement, "mai jindagi see haar gya hun," reflects the profound impact of this tragedy on his life.
As a society, we have failed in providing the necessary support and justice to Mr. Ashok Kumar and his family. Such incidents underscore the urgent need to address issues of police misconduct and ensure accountability for those in positions of power. Advocating for reforms and supporting organizations that champion human rights can help prevent such injustices and create a more equitable and just society for all.

A very narrow escape for that girl!

firstly the bus conductor agreed easily he did the murder.
secondly police in very hastly manner think they solved the case, even when they noticed that bus conductor never went inside the bathroom.
thirdly the boy's name doesnt even come out in public plus he doesnt get much of punishment . you need a big lawyer for all these thing to happen.

I remember this. I was in second grade and I remember it clearly, that morning when some seniors started saying things like this happened. A lot of rumors flew around, and the main one was, there was no soap in the washroom, so the kid went to seniors washroom to wash his hands. A senior called him in the bathroom and then well-
The most horrible thing was no one was bothered by it, no one cared. Everyone was more interested in coming up with conspiracy theories. Thats why I'm glad I shifted schools. I'm traumatized by this and this still haunts me. Thats also the reason I never step foot into the school bathroom unless its empty, which my friends check for me and bring my own soap, and never go near anyone from biology class with a knife even tho its a small dissection knife. And a few months a kid from my new school died cause of an accident outside the school cause of the school's rule come to school by 8, or go home, they won't let you in. And just over a month ago, due to renovation going on in our school some senior got electrocuted cause there were live wires left around. The renovation is still going on and I'm scared someone is gonna get hurt by all the rubble they are piling up by cutting holes in the walls. I thought school was a place you're supposed to be safe

I have studied in ryan myself from 2nd to 10th standard and when i was in 6th ig this happened. This incident was truly terrifying for me my parents and my friends, we stopped using the school washrooms for several weeks, the media constantly hovered around our school all day long . I remember one particular day after school, I was leaving through the front gate, holding my new guitar the first day of my guitar lessons. Suddenly, reporters from various media houses surrounded me, asking a single question, "Do you feel safe in this school?" As a 12-year-old kid, I responded with a wide smile, "Very safe!" Looking back, I find it hilarious that my answer was so subtle and accompanied by a smile, despite the seriousness of the situation. Another incident is when I was simply washing my hands after a break, and a sweeper entered the washroom. Without thinking, my immediate reaction was to run away from there. I can't explain why I did that, but it happened. In the end, I feel sorry for the parents of the victim, and I want to thank you bhaiya for clarifying the situation. I used to believe that the bus conductor was the main culprit, but there were rumors about a senior student being responsible, just to postpone the exams. All the school staff must have known who the killer was. How could the students and their parents not have suspicion on anyone. His age was revealed, so it must not have been so hard to guess. He would have not been coming to school too for few weeks after. Was there no rumour/suspicion on any particular student?

Its so infuriating and heartbreaking that people nowadays don't even show mercy to these innocent kids, they are basically ruining our country's development by killing kids still they are not aware of doing this crime. heartful consolation to his family and loved ones and minding this I want to mention that one of my cousin tells that crime is ubiquitous in gurgaon schools specially Ryan international school. one who doesn't want to give the exam tries to do very horrible thing that you may never know to what extent it will go like they can pour poison in the water tank and many many terrible things that you could possibly think of. I'm not trying to defame the school but I'm questioning this generation.

If Ashok's face (also can't forget the fact he was beaten till he had to lie that he did this) was revealed even though he wasn't guilty, then this teen killer deserves the same. It angers me to think his parents still think about this killer's future, but never thought their ladla beta killed an innocent child. No one got justice. At the end of the day the killer is peacefully living his life without letting anyone know what he did. 💔

The bus driver wasn't forced by the police. The murderer's father paid the bus driver to confess and he was calm because he knew he would be bailed out by the father of the boy. The father of the boy is a lawyer and knows very well how to handle such cases. It's very clear throughout the documentary that the bus driver was paid loads of cash by the murderer boy's father. And clearly the whole case points to the 11th grade boy actually committing the murder as they found his fingerprint on the handle of the door and CCTV clearly showing the boy following the small kid into the toilet and exiting a few minutes later. It's very easy to commit crimes in a few minutes. Ted bundy the very famous serial killer killed 3 girls in just under 15 minutes. It doesn't take long to commit a crime. Clearly the 11th grade boy is guilty and his parents are covering his tracks. Throughout the Netflix documentary, they are being very defensive. You don't get defensive of something unless you know you have indeed something wrong. On the other hand, there were several of his friends who were witnesses to the boy's statements of how he wanted to cancel exams by committing a murder. He tried to poision someone as well and his Internet searches were big clues that he did actually commit the crime, his searches were "How to clear fingerprints", and such and the poison incident recalled by his friends were facts too as he was searching for types of poisons on the Internet prior to that incident. He had pre meditated this murder. Too bad the boy's father is super rich and is a lawyer compared to the murdered kid's parents who don't hold high status, it's going to be a tough battle for justice. I hope the Indian law serves them justice and give punishment to the boy regardless of the age he committed the murder.
