Muslim Jewish Interfaith Iftaar for Ramadan

The Islamic Center of Maryland hosted an Iftaar dinner and a Havdallah service in the Gaithersburg, Maryland Mosque. The Iftaar is a daily meal to break the fast for Muslims and the ceremony of Havdalah is weekly service at the end of Shabbat, which is fasting for Jews and similar to Iftaar. The Judaism Islamic Dialogue Society (JIDS) organized this event in an effort for a inter-religious dialogue between Muslims and Jews. At this very event Jews prayed with Muslims and Muslims took part in Havdalal Service.
Saqib UI Islam covered this unique event and talked to Imam Yonis Haytham and Rabbi Daniel Spiro of JIDS about the importance and need of these efforts, and also spoke with the attendees about their unique experience.
I am a Jew. And I happily join my Muslim brothers in prayer. Jews and Muslims worship and pray to and believe in the One and Only God. We both love and pray to Allah. We are truly cousins. And I welcome my Muslim friends to our synagogue anytime. Our belief in Allah is an EXACT match to Islam's belief in Allah. There is no difference. In fact, our prayer of Shema Yisroel, which we recite about 5x a day, IS the first half of the Shahada. We believe Allah is the One and Only God, period.

I know that there are many Jewish who hate us Muslims but one fact remains, only Jews really defend us Muslims against Christians and the horrible things they say about us in the 100+ videos on UA-cam. No other religion is closer to us but Judaism and we should, as muslims, defend it too when Christians speak of Trinity because Jesus Christ was also a Jew and believed that there is no other God but 1, the designer and creator. By believing in the Trinity, Christians disbelieve in Moses as well and the 10 commendments.

Look, im a muslim myself, and i dont hate Jews as long as they respect Religion differences. But Prophet Muhammad doesn't allow people from other religion to pray together with muslims unless that person has become a muslim. And we shall not do anything with them in order to worship THEIR God. (Surah Al-Kafirun)

Muslim should never celebrate jews events, you should read the translation of surah Al-Kafiron in chapter 30 to clear your thinking.
When prophet Muhammad peace be upon him appeared, Samaritans "shomronim" came to him from Yemen to see the prophetic sign between his shoulders, then they believed and asked Muhammad for a protection decree which he granted to them. That decree exists today in possession of the highest Samaritan Rabbi !!

Also with christians, hindu people from india and bali, etc. But as far as aqidah is concerned, it's clear, لَكُمْ دِينُكُمْ وَلِيَ دِينِ
Next time please refer to the historical background of surah al kafirun before you moslems make an event like this
If a Christian or Jew will invite me for food. I will accept the invitation of a jew because they eat and serve hilal. They don't believe in jesus as son of God. Allah is one and HE has no relatives. They never eat pigs or haram so it means they are more pure from thousands of years then other converteds. I have only and only one issue with jews and that is Palestine. We need to solve the problem of Palestine in two state solution and with desire of Palestinian people. Love from Pakistan to Jews but not zionists.
