I like the Prairie Spirit Trail...usually ride about 14 miles around Garnett...then eat at that Dutch Cafe in Garnett...I did the whole thing a couple times...Its real peaceful
Thanks for watching! The Flint Hills Trail is very similar to the Katy as it's an old rail trail. It's 118 miles long. It runs from Osawatomie to Herington and is the longest rail trail in Kansas. Happy biking!
Looked like a great trip, thanks for sharing. I Bikepacked from Pomona to Council Grove Lake, then back, a few years ago. Lovely Railtrail with very few people on it when i was there. The section West of Bushong is especially pretty. Ride on friend.
Hmmm.... someone could connect the Flint Hills Trail heading east on farm roads to the Katy Trail in Missouri. A nice longer fall bike tour. Thanks for video
@@briangoodman8990 Riding the Erie Canal in a few weeks, first time. Wife and I rode the Katy and loved it. The GAP/C&O and Mickelson trails were favorites. Happy trails! Thanks again.
Thanks for watching! I'm the same way on the struggle about what gear to take when I'm backpacking and have to carry it on my back, but with bikepacking, I'm kind of like, if it fits, it goes with me! Cheers.

Great video, looks a lot like Katy trail in MO. How many miles long? Is there a East-West trail thru KS?

Greetings. Excellent editing and camera angle. Himself as a lone operator and director appreciated this video. Vladivostok loved it 👍.

Inspiring video, makes you want to get out and pedal.
Thanks! I'm itching to get back out on the trail.
What’s your coffee set up?
I pre grind my beans and use an Aeropress. It makes a really fine cup of joe and it's super light weight!
Well done. I am always torn between, I carry too much gear and why didn't I think to bring a fishing pole?
