The best part, and the pure genius of Tarantino, is Aldo specifically specified that he had the best Italian with Donnie second best and the other knowing zero Italian. When it was time to enact their plot, it was the polar opposite! 😂
Ah yes. Took me a minute in the theatre to remember. I missed part of the next scene because I was trying to think were I had heard that name before lol
Tarantino is a master director not leaving anything to hazard and paying attention to everything. Before this scene none of the actors has never seen Waltz and he made sure the identity of the actor playing this role is unknown to them. His intention was to make the shot from the first time and include all the natural tension resulting from a first time encounter with such a charismatic character. Also he wanted to avoid any competition from Brad Pitt and the others towards Waltz and trying to over act the scene since he knew they can't cope with such an act ! Finally noteworthy is that Tarantino had the movie idea almost ten years in beforehand, and he waited until he met Christopher Waltz and then he said to himself, this is my guy who is going to deliver the movie
Genius Detective Villian vs. 4 Horrible Liars. Beautiful failure setup. Only Tarantino can make the viewer hate themselves for laughing with the villain. Brilliant.

Its great that Waltz's character was satisfied with the last pronunciation
That is why He won Supporting Actor even if He must won A Best Actor in All Academy Awards. Come on Guys, Christoph Waltz is the best actor of all time. The reason I watch Inglourious Basterds over and over again ang again multiple times hehehe is because of Him. If given a chance to meet HiM My God I am so very lucky. God bless.
Where in Paris there's a climbing mountain? Lol!
dude he just shat on them one by one 😂
I love Waltz' Austrian accent when he speaks German. Perfectly nuanced.
"Buongiorno" it's "good morning" ahah but was night😂😂😂😂😂

Who else saw the Antonio Margheriti shoutout in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood
Epileptic Dog I gotta go see the movie 😤
The fact that Landa started speaking full Italian to them, they knew they were fucked lmao. Brilliant.
One of the greatest scenes of all time!!
3:23 "Bravo, you pronounced it correctly." So subtle, yet hilarious.
The best part, and the pure genius of Tarantino, is Aldo specifically specified that he had the best Italian with Donnie second best and the other knowing zero Italian. When it was time to enact their plot, it was the polar opposite! 😂
GRATSY
The " really?!? of all the lie under the sun, you can only think of that ?? " face, it's just to good
Me: I could use a vacation

Love that little look back and camera moving away because it's the last time they see each other
_Christoph Waltz is legend_
Antonio Margheriti is name dropped in Once Upon a Time...in Hollywood
Brilliant.
The laugh and the bit at the end of the laugh is worth an Oscar in its self 😂

Look at Eli Roth’s face 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Cole Edits He knows they’re busted lol
Eli Roth thinks “Let me use this guy in my next cannibal movie”.😂
Oh I still remember the first time watching this scene. Laughed so hard that I teared up and my stomach hurted 😂
@1:43 the change of emotions looks more real than anything I've ever seen outside of actual reality
