These are my picks: 10: Super Samurai Battlizer, because as you said everyone in the core team got to use it...that's what I like to see. 9: Dino Super Charge Battlizer, because Tyler got access to all megazord combinations. 8: Claw Boosters in Jungle Fury, despite it not being a "battlizer" it still counts, and like with Super Samurai, the core members got to use them. 7: In Space, because it was the first "canon" battlizer. 6: Dragon Shield from MMPr, because its the first, despite not being part of canon...depending on whoever's opinion it is. 5: Red Sentinel Knight from Operation Overdrive. 4: Ninja Storm Battlizer. 3: Red Armored Power Ranger from Lost Galaxy, because of how cool it looked. 2: SPD Battlizer 1: Anamarium Armor from Wild Force, because it gives so many possibilities. Note: This is why I prefer the toylines, because unlike the show, many figures had their own battlizer as the gimmick. Lost Galaxy, Time Force, and Wild Force had cool figures in that aspect.
You missed The Animarium mode Battlizer used by Cole the red wild force ranger. I mean his Falcon Cycle could single handedly defeat serpentera, so I think its not by how many times we've seen the battilizer, with this said he technically has the strongest.
