Gosei green wasn't adapted as the green of the suit degraded very quickly, which was why the suit was only used in 1 episode of goseiger, it was less of a creative decision and more of a physical limitation.

Honestly, Gosei Green didn't make it because they never made a real suit, just repainted the Gosei Blue suit, plus they merged two seasons together & a lot of the Goseiger stuff got cut, plus they had to put funds aside for two seasons in order to get past actors to return for the terrible finale.

Greg Aronowitz, the director of SPD had the footage for Dekaranger Full Blast Action and wanted to adapt Deka Gold but they didn’t hav the time or budget because they were wrapping up on the series.

(Pardon the part-by-part response, got some things to say about each of these)
It would have been way cool to see more of GoseiGreen. Could've been interesting to maybe have the first six-member core team in Sentai, even if for just a few episodes. Might've in a way, preceded Kyuranger's core number.
I actually was imagining a Gold SPD Ranger before I even knew about DekaGold. Would've been nice to see her brought into the PR season.
As for AbarePink in Gokaiger, as bad as Super Megaforce was, I think a cool change would've been to have Emma join the Dino Thunder mode fight as MMPR Pink.
Beast Demon Hunter Zeek was an awesome idea and design. Should've been at least a one-off usage in Lightspeed Rescue, a waste indeed.
Heckyll should've indeed become the Talon Ranger in the show. The comic appearance of the Dark Ranger was great, but we sadly never saw it on screen.

OK, to clarify. These are Super Sentai Characters that sanba never really thought about or hear about because it was consider copy right so they only focus on main story and made there own episode. I know it suck there making bad episodes, but happy seeing that there keep up with the franchise.

Originally I though the Talon ranger will finally appear in Power Rangers Dino supercharge, as since the Dark Energem made it's debut as I though of the time that Heckyle will be the Talon ranger. But sadly that never happen which is a disappointed because that would be interesting in Power Rangers Dino supercharge but I guess the writers had their reason for not making it happen.

I'm pretty sure most of these are not adapted because of being in Sentai movies, which we know are not part of the deals with Saban/Disney when adapting Sentai. Some of them just costs more, and being irrelevant to the main story, are not adapted, although it does seem they were teasing us that Heckyl was to become Navy/Talon.

They have different plots entirely. One of the reasons Nick’s Power Rangers gets so much hate is because the episodes were too similar in comparison. In fact the first three seasons of Mighty Morphin combined three different Sentai seasons into one big story, using the suits from Zyuranger (Dairanger in Tommy’s case) and using Zords from Zyuranger, Dairanger and Kakuranger for each respective season.
