Mam ls machine mai hosiery clothes Kai liye konse no ki needle lagti hai
Hosiery me kaafi types hote hai... please refer to the below list understand which size Needle is used for which type of fabrics... hopefully it will be helpful.
60/8 - used for very fine fabric like lingerie, silk and fine lace.
70/10 - Net, Chiffon Lingerie, silk and cotton
75/11 - Voile, Chiffon, Organza, Denim, Satin, Sweater, Silk, Dress Shirt, Lycra, Spandex etc.
80/12 - Tricot, Silks, Canvas
90/14 - Syn Velvets, Poplin, Linen, Light Wool, Jersey, Muslin etc.
100/16 - Cord, Denim, Heavy Suiting, Corduroy etc.
110/18 - Heavy Denim, Leather, Upholstery Fabric, Faux Fur etc.
120/20 - Super heavy fabrics: Cord, Denim, Heavy Suiting

Yes we can, just make sure u r using correct needle number 16 or 18

Yes, basically the stitch is same, based on the requirement u can use a rolled hem foot to hem or u can use normal foot for just embroidery on fabric

Hi Ali, I have been using Brothers machine since past 6 years. I haven't faced any issue till date. Not even a single problem. I bought Usha sewing machine for my mom and she has been using it since 3 years. Both are doing great. Only difference is Usha is pretty light weight, so easy to carry but it can't handle heavy fabrics and if u try to stitch too fast the machine starts shaking. While brothers machine is quite sturdy. I have given the link of the brothers machine in description section. There are 3 brothers service centres in Hyderabad itself. So you need not worry about that.

There are 3 wheels in total, one is for stitch width, one is stitch length and the last one is for thread tension.
