Wait around for a used one. Bikes depreciate as fast as cars unless they are collector brands/models. Got my Colnago C59 for USD1500 with Dura Ace 7900 components.
That quick release still not locked yet
The quick release is either open or closed to the wrong side, and should go in the side of the disc. Also, the saddle looks too high, that movement of the hips 👀😳
