Greeat video man! I just missed Bowser Furry on this video, it's probably the most open world main line Mario game ever released

Thank you! I actually remembered Bowser’s Fury a day or two after I put this video up and really wish I didn’t leave it out. I want to make a video focusing solely on it at some point though, so maybe that’ll make up for it.

7:41 The ruined Kingdom is still probably the most missed potential thing in any Marigo game

Definitely! It has such a great atmosphere, but almost nothing was done with it.

If you think 3D World isn’t complex, think again. There’s an advanced technique in the speed runs called crouch boosting where you can gain crazy speed, but it’s very precise. Also, in the any percent, routing is insane. You need to play the least amount of levels and get 180 green stars overall, which is really hard to route. Also Kirby and the forgotten land looks so good I’m so excited! Also Metroid dread video coming eventually or nah?

I’ve actually heard of crouch boosting. I tried it for a bit but could never do it consistently for obvious reasons. I mainly just meant that, on its surface, the game has less intentional moves than some others, but that’s not a bad thing. I still adore 3D World a ton.
Kirby and the Forgotten Land is easily my most anticipated game right now aside from BotW’s sequel. It looks like it’ll be such a blast!
I haven’t beaten Metroid Dread yet, but I’ve loved every second of it so far! I want to make a video about it as soon as I beat it and figure out what aspects of the game I want to talk about most, so yes, expect one soon-ish!

I got back from my play practice and figured I might as well record while I was all dressed up

Your kirby and the forgotten land prediction was very inaccurate its structure was pretty much just super mario 3d world with a central hub world and you can't skip levels or use more than one solution to your problems that aren't combat related

Yeah… that’s why I added that nothing was quite certain yet. I was fairly convinced it would be at least pseudo-open world, but that’s clearly not the case. I still found it to be a really enjoyable game regardless.
