THANK YOU! 🥳 I am so going to use this stitch with variegated thread on some of my baby’s clothes (and mine)🧵. Such a fun and easy way to give something simple that little extra or when finishing something up, giving it less or more colors.. and so on!😅 (Jag är så taggad!! Haha) Since I don’t have a cover stitch machine this is even more perfect! Have actually thought out this but never seen anyone done something like it with their serger. You simply only get the advice to ”invest” in a coverstitch, which is a really big investment, they are so expensive even as a “investment” unfortunately. And more so since I got pregnant 😅 thank you again for this video and for sharing your knowledge through your amazing books, videos, blogs and more. 👌
Love it. I use a large double-eye needle that works good for threading back through the loops. I have never used the flat lock feature on my serger. Looks like a good project to try it out. Thank you for your talent sharing. Look forward to your Sunday visit.
Nice video Johanna! I use these has headbands to hold back my hair or as turbans too! I’ve tried threading the large hole needle to pull my overlocker threads back on themselves and didn’t find it as easy as it appeared in this video LOL! I just fold back about 1/2” and zigzag on there to secure it. I’ll keep trying though...maybe the hole on my needle wasn’t large enough! Thanks for sharing!
Hi. I've been searching all day how to perfect this stitch. I have a Brother 1034d serger and I just cannot seem to get it right. Also what type of thread are you using? PLEASE HELP!!!😫😫😫🥺🥺
Never been first to view before so feel compelled to comment, first thank you for another great tip and secondly Happy new year to you and yours, lets "Really" hope it's a good one
I really love your videos! You always provide such great advice. You’re the reason why I was confident enough to make my own pair of tights.
Thank you for the great project. Very clear and concise intructions.👍
