Ouch, yeah it's super tough without LOS 18 or 30. Outside over over-honing (especially your weapon) and upgrading gems...is you could level up your demon damage from random card sets that are complete in the meantime. You'll waste some card XP, but gain a few % in damage against Akkan in the meantime. Focus on the ones that are Green and White cards first since they're cheaper to grind out. Make sure you're doing some challenge Abyssals. If you have friends do them so you don't get over-ran with bots. If you're on NA-East let me know and I can also try to help you out with them. Then you can just take any legendary cards that drop.
You can use sprinter rob at the line delivery mech before take the line. That make faster run

Hell yeah man, it's a lot of fun. Even with the big nerfs they did to it, it still pumps if you can get in front of the boss.
