I just barely ordered the same knife like 15 minutes ago and can't wait to get it. I'll definitely be getting a Lynch clip because I don't like stupid wire clips either.
Did you see where LTK sent that Skaha 2 off for Rockwell testing last year and it came back at 56 HRC? That was the S35 version, but if there S35V is that low, I wonder what their Magnacut is? To get the most out of Magnacut it helps to get it up to 62-64…not sure Northarms is doing that.
@@ulchfirgne yeah LTK’s results were 56. Maybe they had a bad test, but I think he has them test it two separate times. I’ve also seen some old Knife Forum posts where folks were griping their S35 was so soft after sharpening it. But who knows!
I also had a V1 in these beautiful contoured blue g10 scales. My variant had the milled lines in the blade and it was 2018, I can look at pics to tell you exactly what # it was cuz your variant could be the exact one I owned in 2018. I did buy it from North Arms and of course it had the click-clack action. I’d like to snag a CF w/ no milling lines.
@@KnifeStandards has a date of 07/18 on clip side close to spine. I thought I had a pic of the COA with specific model # somewhere. Owell great knife!!
Just ordered one 👍🏻🇨🇦
Epic!
I love my Skaha 2 in Magnacut and Lava Flow Carbon Fiber... I added a Lynch Clip because I don't like wire clips ... Awesome EDC!
Sweet! The new ones look great

I did not see that, but hmm that’s interesting, I’ll do some digging
They list their magnacut at 60-62. I doubt their S35VN was 56 with how many people had good experiences using them. That's puzzling

That’s awesome! Yeah let me know! May be the same one

I love this design. I’m really thinking about buying a carbon scale version since they come in magnacut now.
I want one too lol
@@KnifeStandards I don’t mind waiting for something like this either. You know it’s being built right and the qc is almost always on point.
