You should get some water filters because aeration alone is not enough. Water filters will save you water changes and reduce fish mortality dramatically.
I'm in uganda and i have been following you for some time. I tried to use a pump but it's very expensive to run the generator the whole day. How can I ensure continuous oxygen supply in the tank? I dont have electricity at the farm.
My mother in law in the Philippines raised tilapia in her back yard pond that she made herself. It produced so many fish that she fed her neighbors too. She did not use an arertor, all she had was water lilies (kangkong) growing in the water and feeding on the fish waste at the bottom of the pond. The tilapia would eat some kangkong leaves .

Please what did you add to your water to make it green?. Humbly asking because i was told there should be some green plants in it
Nothing was added, because the tank was left in the sun, waste from the fish will lead to an algae bloom hence the green colour.

Generally, at a kg size, an IBC tank does 10 L per fish for catfish and 25 L per fish for tilapia. 100 for catfish and 40 for tilapia.

So for this setup, twice a week of 10% water change in 3 days. Most importantly pay attention to your fish, there’s a lot more they will tell you
