Yeah I always get scared to make a VA series since I joined many VA projects and they die quickly- most don't even get past the trailer yet barely the first episode which is really sad. This is a nice video and thank you for the tips!
I’m planning on make a short voice acted movie. I am using a script I wrote for my drama club at school. Because of this fact the formatting has a lot more stage directions such as “Autumn moves from up left to middle stage, invite the audience” (invite the audience is a movement that is often in plays and such) so I will have to change it a bit to give the voice actors more info on how to sound. This video is pretty helpful as I have been a little worried about this project, so thanks for making it and I’ll make sure to go look at your other videos for more info!
Me when I’m watching these because this is my first time actually joined the Gacha VA community: 😍😍 It’s also nice to get some tips on what to do when making a VA project ❤
Could u plz do the video about outlines and synopsis’s? I’d definitely watch it. Btw, this was an extremely helpful video, so thank you so much, Tessa !!
@@wolfphantomanimations_official you have to first make a server for the auditions, which you can do by scrolling down to the bottom of your server list and clicking the + icon, then selecting 'create your own' and it'll tell u what else to do when youre done that youre going to make a channel for character cards as well as a channel for each character for people to send their auditions in for example, lets say you have 2 characters, jane and john make 2 different channels, name one 'jane' the other 'john' and people will send their audition for jane in the jane channel, and john auditions in the john channel so it's easier for you to sort thru
Hey hope your doing well i wanted to ask a bunch a questions about VA's for making a series or movie Q1: Are there are va's that can va for free Q2: If i were to make a script do i have to narrate the va's about the character
@@zillafied Yea of course So basically i meant by explain to the va how this character acts and behaves so he can get into the persona of the character
Also; if you making a show and need a theme song, I recommend either finding one you like, or like me asking am to make lyrics for a song the finding a website that makes the music for me and just adds the lyrics! 😊 Hope the helps!❤
We already get this in my english class on how to write a synopsis,or even running a film or a play, but when it's online and you have no actual irl contact with the people involved it's a bit tricky dince i'm making a voice acted series which isn't honestly fantasy but religious instead,as in Islam it is mandatory to spread it but we can't force anyone really so that's my main goal,to inform more about oir religion,ty for this video it helped so much with direcring this 😊
I personally pick a few lines from the story that don't spoil it if that makes sense. Since they are still auditioning imo i don't think they should know the FULL story just abit about it !
Whether you pay the vas or not is up to you, but typically if you pay auditions will be of higher quality and yes, it 100% is possible to start a discord regardless of how many subs you have!
@@zillafied okay I've got another question 1. Do you have to finish the whole scrip 2. When I watch a gacha voice acted trailer sometimes they put scene from the first or future episode do you already I have the episodes ready or do you ask your voice actor to say some scenes from the script
@@Moonlight_0XI have my own server/series out on UA-cam, I say make the full script or atleast more than half/one episodes worth and don’t start making the trailer until episode one is either done or you have a few scenes ready!

For audition lines, do you just make a few for them to try, or do you make them do all the line that you have in the story?
I personally pick a few lines from the story that don't spoil it if that makes sense. Since they are still auditioning imo i don't think they should know the FULL story just abit about it !
