Mykal (pron. "Michael") was one of the founding members back in 1997, when their name was still "4:2:Five"; he left in 1999 to have a good career on Broadway. Right after this one, he was featured in another Voiceplay video, for they thought he didn't have enough space to shine in this one. He was a member even earlier, when they were a quartet named 4The Love. They became 4:2:Five later when a beatboxer was added.
