- We had an awesome dinner by David and Shivani over the weekend. We showed the steps involved in making pan seared pink salmon and lamb, baked potatoes, baked baby back pork ribs and roasted asparagus.

You can Blanche or pan fry the asparagus as is.
Sautéed with butter and minced garlic it’s delicious. It also cooks pretty fast I prefer with a little crunch!! Bon Appetit!!!

David you are doing an awesome job with the asparagus.You can also put vegetables in the oven on a baking sheet and roost them.Also appreciate your condiments on salmonSimple.We do not need shadow bend in everything

Happy anniversary to the couples and especially david and his wife ....i usually put the asparagus in a griddle pan sprinkle a little olive oil and dash of Goya seasoning ....as soon as you see it getting bright green remove from the pan...it cooks very quickly....

Have you ever tried cooking salmon in brown butter. Yes. Put the butter in the pot on low heat and leave it until it gets brown then put the salmon in and cook it. Keep throwing the butter on the top while cooking. Taste delicious.

No blanching of asparagus simply add garlic powder little butter all lightly sauté 3-5 mins u can even add little pepper flakes yummlicious

Happy Anniversary everything looks Delish as Always. Love Asparagus its either or I personally like it sautéed in a lil olive oil. Love Salmon cooked anyhow can't go wrong. That seasoning looks good. I'm in Jacksonville Florida for now so I haven't found any shadobeni but I use Cilantro it's lil milder but still have a nice flavor.

Aye Vedesh quick tip. On the rack of ribs you did first in the video, you suppose to peel off the silver skin under the ribs. That is very chewy if you eat it. No one eats that. Love the video as usual 👊🏼

All the food you guys cooked looked absolutely amazing!!! Those different coloured carrots actually do taste really good.. that’s what we normally get from the supermarket.. In summer, we either go to the farm to get them or if they have a farmers market,then we get it from there… however, for me, and from what I can see, the pork ribs would be my first choice.. they look real nice, they look overnice!!! Big up yourself Vedesh🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽.. however, like Vedesh just always say, it doesn’t matter how it looks, it’s all about the taste, that’s all that matters.. from Aunty Helen’s review about how they were really tender and nice, I know the flavour was on point!!! David, you also did an amazing job with the lamb, so big up yourself David🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽.. as for the asparagus, what you need to do is bend them vs cutting them.. when you bend them, they break off at the exact spot.. and then you can use the top parts.. and for those bottom pieces, you can you can either throw them away or you can peel them and add them to the potatoes that were cooking and then eat them after.. obviously getting the younger ones do taste better.. it’s like buying goat, the younger the goat the more tender the meat is! Another great quiet family lime, where the kids were louder than the adults for once 😂😂… keep them videos coming!!! I can’t wait! Please take care and stay safe😉
