Rodent droppings and roaches require the OWNER to HIRE a specialized cleaning service and NOT to task UNDERPAID counter help to do it. Counter help is responsible for cleaning and maintaining that which is ALREADY clean and maintained...not some dump that was dirty when they were hired. Quit blaming workers for owners' failure to provide sanitary conditions.

Its not enough an ordered clean up they must have pest control come in daily or weekly and spray. That is the restaurants responsibility and expense or no one should ever dine there again
