    Which oil did you use for your hay fever?

    • @StacyPaulsen
      @StacyPaulsen  Рік тому +1

      I used one called Purify initially. It worked great. But then after using doTERRA’s lifelong vitality supplements, my hayfever just went away. Most people use a combo of lavender, peppermint and lemon oil though.

    you do go into a bit of a side tangent about how you got into essential oils halfway through the video but honestly im here for it lol. i definitely would ask questions and would like to get some more insight from you if it was a converstation setting. i bought some eternal perfume oils which some i didnt like as body oils and wanted to maybe use in a diffuser which is why im here. hoping i can find an application for them and major do's and donts when it comes to diffusing as a whole

      Thanks for the feedback. As far as diffusing oils. First for me is quality. I don’t want to put toxic chemicals into the air I breathe. So check the quality. The company should have third party tests available on their site to prove they are synthetic or adulterated with chemicals. 2nd is deciding why you want to diffuse. Do you want to just have a good smelling room? Or trying to purify the air to remove pathogens? Maybe you’re wanting to uplift your mood or impact your emotional or physical health? Maybe you have allergies or a respiratory cold and need to open your airways? There are many reasons to diffuse and different oils from different plants do different things physically, emotionally and physiologically. Let me know what you’re looking for.

      Yes it’s a pretty big mess on there. Here’s a doc with research about oils and why people are choosing higher quality. bit.ly/did-you-know-facts

    Great video. I’m going to return the flame one because it has no scent at all! It’s basically just for looks. I think I’m going to go with the blue one with the most output.

    Do you know if the hotel collection oils are synthetic?

    • @StacyPaulsen
      @StacyPaulsen  8 місяців тому

      I can’t say for certain, but if they are certified pure they will have the actual test for each bottle that you can find online. It’s easy to be transparent when you know they are pure.

    Have you reviewed Scentiment? Would love to know your views on that one..

    • @StacyPaulsen
      @StacyPaulsen  5 місяців тому +1

      I have not, but will look into them. I know the fragrances they sell are synthetic, so I wouldn’t use them. Those are hormone disruptors and toxic to your mitochondria function. That can lead to weight gain, metabolic issues, respiratory problems, etc. The diffusers they have though look beautiful. I’d like to test them out to see how well they work.

    i have a question which one of these is safe in the home

    • @StacyPaulsen
      @StacyPaulsen  11 місяців тому +1

      All these diffusers are safe, it’s the essential oils you put in them you need to be concerned about. You don’t want to be using synthetics, fragrances, etc. they are toxic and harmful to your health and to pets, as well as bad on the diffuser.

    This is the best reveiws on UA-cam hands down.i love the fact that you only use real oils.i just purchaced one of those for my wife for Christmas. She has some health issues. I'm a firm Beleiver on the natural healing. My old friend up in the mountains only uses natural medacine and he passed his knolage down to me. My wife loves the dumb plug in scented things and i hate them. They are poison.i spent alot of money on this with all of the real oils for a gift to her.i hope she likes it.thank you for your reveiws.very helpful.merry christmas!

      I started eating more Whole Foods, less processed. I used a really good supplement and then did a cleanse that included an essential oil blend of lemon, oregano, tea tree, lemon grass and thyme + caprylic acid. DōTERRA makes this also, called GX assist. I did this for 10 days 1x a month for three months. You can always email me for more info if you need to.

    Do you have any essential oil brands you recommend for ingesting i’ve been told that there’s is oils out there that say that they’re organic and pure and safe that aren’t really

    • @StacyPaulsen
      @StacyPaulsen  Рік тому

      I only recommend doTERRA after doing my own research and using them for nearly 14 years. I had started with other brands, but have loved the results with doTERRA. Here’s a link for 25% off if you decide to go that route: referral.doterra.me/26192

      Thanks. It’s sad when people move to diffusing and they care more about the diffuser than what’s being diffused. Breathing in toxic essential oils is like using a glade plugin or air wick.

      Which diffuser are you wanting to know about? The Loxim, you have to hold down the button for 3 seconds according to instructions but sometimes that doesn’t work. I love this diffuser otherwise.

    You know your natural/organic essential oils and the synths. Unbox and read the manuals BEFORE you keep going to go off like a bell for over 20 minutes, now i need half a bottle Lavender oil. 😅

    Read how to use diffuser, then do a live review, if not then use some patience to read the instructions before you bash the products!

    • @StacyPaulsen
      @StacyPaulsen  Рік тому +4

      Thanks for the feedback. That would be another way to review it. I chose to be real about how I would initially experience opening and using a new diffuser. Many diffusers are simple and intuitive, others are not. Some of these just didn’t work very well and others did.
