The video was mainly about the dark side of birthdays/birthday parties... how people's real/fake sides show just for a day that ultimately signifies a year of life closer to death... either way.. it was a pretty iconic debut for them.... can't wait to see more from them!

The song was literally majority English....."happy death day, happy worst day, im so sick of the fakes, celebration with no feeling, 1000 meaningless wishes"...and the video depicted a crazy birthday party. Pretty simple to understand if you're actually paying attention.
