Full game room and flat screen tv in every room. On a dead end street it was so peaceful with deer each morning grazing outside the window. We think your family would enjoy this nice place.

Hello Fridays. I am a new subscriber. You are living a beautiful life in the presence of the Lord. I am not a Godless man, but I have not been as close as I should be. I feel as though I have been waiting for something to bring me closer to God. My late wife was from Grundy, Va & passed of ALS in 2016. We were so similar in our relationship with each other as you two are. She was so kind & tender & loving in nature to me as Karen is to you sir. We used to camp in East, Tn at South Holston Lake all the time. Thank you both for the example you set for others , as to how a loving couple should & can treat each other.

Dog traveling tip: Before letting your dog go inside any cabin or hotel room, check all the floors for Rx pills that have been dropped. My mom traveling with her dog has found several and taught me to look. When we rented a cabin in Sevierville I told my husband to go check the floors before letting our little dog in. He thought I was crazy, until he found a pill in the first room he went to. Better safe than sorry and it's something most people don't think about. Happy trails with your puppy dogs.

I loved seeing Miss Shirley again. It was so sweet of y’all to bring her along to stay with you in the BnB cabin. I’m sure she had a wonderful time. Mike, I had many a RC & moon pie. There was a very old country store on the property next to my grandparents(God bless their souls). From the time I could walk good, one of them would always take me there. The owners always gave me RC & moon pie. That would’ve been in the very very early 50s before they decided to add new flavors to the pies. I was always spoiled rotten when I went to the Bayard General Store. I guess that’s where I got my love for general stores.
I’m so glad y’all were able to spend some really quality time in the cabin & give Miss Shirley a wonderful experience. ♥️😘♥️🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I love Edwards pies too, but am I the only one that misses their lemon merignue pie with grahamn cracker crust, and that real merignue on top? That new lemon pie they have now is not the same at all. I will say the closest I've come to re-creating their lemon merignue pie is Trihsa Yearwood's recipe! Its amazing and very similar! Love this house. Thanks for sharing! I am always looking for a new nice peaceful rental in my home away from home! So glad they let Winston stay!!

What a beautiful cabin! We'll have to consider it for a future vacation. I enjoy seeing Mama Friday join you for some of your excursions. Cruz Dairy is a favorite of ours. We stay at the Lodge at Five Oaks so we just walk up the hill. We watch Moss Family TV together every night.
