Nice to see ESs on the 319. I’ve noticed these have become a lot more common on the 50 and 319 as the 50 has seen a lot more of these than the HVs itself. Since HV27 moved to N for refurb floats, I do wonder if any remaining 60 or 11 reg HVs are due to follow to move to N for the refurb floats for the frog faces and the 50 could then easily use the 64’s ESs to cover. When the 50 gets the Electroliners, I wonder if the 137/N137 will likely see these ESs again given BN only used them instead of LTs as they were easier to use and the 137/N137 only went fully LT as the 64 was going to need the ESs at some point. I wonder if EAs can actually fit around the 50 as it has happened once before and EAs can fit around the 137, 417/N137 so I am not sure why BN didn’t use the EAs on the 137/N137 given EA14 did a rounder on the 137 before being subbed off by an LT last year when it went out by mistake.

@@zfs.59 what stage are TH at currently when it comes to electrification? The 64’s batch of electroliners I’ve heard could arrive anytime now, with the 194/250’s in August.
Obviously BN have way more ES’s atm than required, especially after they lost the 133/333 so I believe they’re trying where eligible to put them on any routes within their garage, the 50 being the easiest option. If the 19 was moved there instead of SF could enable another route for ES’s to go on, as the 19 also often sees conventionals in AR.

@@AB-ii5piyeah i think the 19 should’ve just moved to BN and give both AR/SF the space to win more local routes like the 67, 106, 230. It doesn’t feel right having the 19 at AR and even SF given N and BN both ran the route in its Arriva prime days.
Had the 19 come to BN, the ESs could’ve temporarily been used on the route and yes the 19 does often see HVs all the time now, I caught HV368 on the route last week. BN is used as a base to charge the 64’s ESs as they’re in the process of type training and TH should be ready within the next few weeks or so now. With the losses of the 133/333, the full 137/N137 moving into BN has now taken up half of that space and the 19/N19 potentially moving in would take up the other half of that space but with the 19, 137 in the garage, BN would then have the space for one more route, potentially the 109 or 118. I can see the 137/N137 going back to ES operation when the 50 gets its vision zero faces

@@zfs.59I think you’ve mentioned previously the 106/230 were easy retains for GAL but yeah the 67 & possibly the 184 may go back to Arriva. EC will have a lot of space as well though as they’re only gonna have the 158 soon.

@@AB-ii5piNP are terrible when it comes to bidding to be honest so won’t be surprised to see em lose the 67 and 184. I knew they were already losing the 76 from the beginning

@@zfs.59 they did retain the 444 so it’s possible they keep the 67/184 but the former especially seems unlikely to me.
