Nathan do you feel like the Fury 704 or 734 can handle the 6" Magdraft ok, considering they are only rated to 1 oz. and the Magdraft exceeds that.? I think moving to the 735 would be gambling on how that Xfast action handles loading and casting distance, though its weight rating exceeds the 1.25 oz 6" Magdraft. The Fury's are on sale big time still and it would be a deal if it can handle the load!
Im in East TN, and as of this season i cannot get one bass to bite it, i have every magdraft they offer, focusing the ayu, brownie and shad one like you use in the old video, i just cant get one. Gonna try again tonight on the lake, wish me luck lol.
@@nathanquincefishing7122 man so I have quite a bit this year now and those dudes are SOFT and they rip easy with the screw lock belly weight hooks. they get ripped up just throwing them around all day. im thinkin an open jig head hook may be a little better an last longer
(I live in MN) I throw brownie in ponds that only have bluegill and i can catch them, then when I fish for smallies in lakes I will throw white back shad when there is shiners/ ciscos
Great video Nathan. This is my first year of throwing the 6 inch magdraft. Haven't caught much yet, but I am going to keep at it. It looks so good swimming in the water.
Great video!!!👊🏻 Never used the big swimbaits. Maybe have to give it a try. Question: In PA when does the spawn start and end? Thanks for the help! Stay Safe & God Bless!!
@@nathanquincefishing7122 I see that the district tourny is there, I'll be interested to see how u do, we have a some guys going but not me I'm too new, good luck

It's a smash fest in maine using the 6" perch pattern
Nice!
If l throw that where l throw a spinner bait l think l will get hung up every cast on the belly treble.
It comes through cover better than you think!
White back, browny & mb gizzards are my 3 favorite colors
