Recommended candidates appear before the medical board for carrying out their medical board after the SSB results.
It takes 4 to 5 days time for the concerned Military Hospital to complete the medical board and after that the candidates are dispersed. NDA candidates are examined both for Army and Navy unless otherwise instructed and endorsement of fitness status will be made accordingly.

I would consult you to go to you tube search and do that exercise which is after siting......
i have a ligament tear in my right knee..
I think politicians should also undergo such difficult test to inculcate in them nationalism

My problem is not that army medical test is tough....but if u have to undergo a medical test than undergo it before written test.... unnecessary students work hard for their studies and at last they r disheartened

What I feel is there should be a run ,an small edurance run of about 1-2 km under certain time . This would atumoatically determine some of the medical criteria
@@rajnishmishra453 I know that my argument is impractical 😁. But the candidates who clear all the obstacles in the ssb interview hope alot in getting into the service. Finally when they get rejected in the final stage, its possible that they get disheartened. 😊. Dats all

I have been there at Research and Referral Hospital twice. Once for Indian Navy and second time for Indian Army. Unfortunately got medically rejected both the times (for different reasons). I know that feel when they call you for conference to announce the result. But rejection is not the end, i will try again as i have very loudly answered 'YES' twice, to the question 'DO YOU HAVE IT IN YOU ?'.

While Israel, South Korea and some others countries have allowed all it's citizen to serve in armed forces for atleast 3 to 5 years and if they are willing to serve more years in the military its their choice. But in India it is difficult to join the armed forces though we serve as a National Cadet Corps.

go for horse riding
You can indulge in horse riding, sleeping sideways with a pillow between your legs. That can cure the disability.

Sir.... I'm little bit stout which means unfit to join Army but I guarantee if anyone threatens or say bad on my India I'll tear their ass. Please don't impose such hard rules in selection. No, there will slight difference for each entry. like in Nave you will have a compulsory audiometry test, but in case of Army its not there for all the entries. In Airforce they will have extra checks for joint movements and length of hands and legs bones. Eyesight standard also varies with each service you are applying for. All the best

I operated for colostomy in which my intestine was cut from midway and removed the infected area then again joined the other 2 parts

Brother i am suffering from asthma allergy...before starting running i use to take inhaler 1 levolin puff...then i kill the running within 5.30 mins...can i b part of army otherwise iam all ok

Best is take a help from a qualified doctors or visit a hospital. Read the health parameters for Indian Army selection rather than asking stray questions in youtube

I had to undergo testicular detortion surgery when I was 12 years of age.... I also had gall stones problem to undergo gall bladder surgery (laparoscopy) in 2017.. other than this I don't have any medical problems .. eye sight is 6/6 no specs , I also don't have color blindness problem .. blood test and urine test is also normal .. now I'm an physically fit .. I can run 1600 meters within 5 mins .. can do 30 push ups and pull ups .. can climb walls and trees without any problems . Can do Trekking , cycling , gym workouts without any issue or problems . I'm interested to join the army I'm a BA graduate ..

Medical officers have different criteria's than the direct combat officers. You can see they directly don't contribute in warfare hence they are free from strict medical protocols!

Being in army doesn't mean patriotism. Each individual can be patriotic. And for the medically fit criteria, they have mentioned all the reasons behind each and every issue. They have to produce perfect soldiers for all the time. As they live a life less ordinary.
