Appreciate the how to play followed by your personal review of the game. I’m a big fan of Ticket to Ride standalone games and expansion maps, so looking forward to playing On the Underground franchise.
@@BoardGems Cool! You seem to have quite a collection! :) Even though I likely played it too many times, to the point I was tired of it, it probably fits well.
Played this for the first time recently at 2 player count. The game was very long. We might be able to shorten the game time with more plays but I feel that the reduction will be small. What is your thought about shortening the game by removing x number of cards in a two player game or a race to x number of points?
Hmm... The size of the deck seems relatively balanced with the number of train tracks each player has, so I don't know how well just taking out cards would work. It might be okay, and probably better than playing to a set number of points. You'd have to be careful with what you set the endpoint at, to be sure the cards don't run out early. I usually keep pretty close to rules as written, and just play the game less often than I'd like because of its length... If you try a variant that works for you, let me know!

Played several times, but I think always online. An early one for being available that way. We used to play a lot of Paris Paris as well.
I have Paris Paris! Only played it once but I liked it. Would you recommend I cover it as a Board Gem?

The fact that you played it so many times before tiring of it, that surely reflects well on it!
@@BoardGems Indeed!
