Used this on my wife's boyfriend when he broke my switch thanks bro
I used this to disarm 2 guys that were mugging me with a gun thank you!
@Carlton lmao
This definitely works. This isn't a steaming pile of shit at all
Rumour has it he's still holding his head!
Yeah not gonna lie this look like one of the most useless techniques I have ever seen. If this all for a troll then you have done well in your commitment to this.
No your right this dudes a charlatan
"I won't do it again." immediately does it again. Then wonders why nobody wants to be his demonstration partner...
They have known me long enough to know not to believe a word I say in those circumstances :-)
@@RussellStutely Lol - well that's reassuring.
@@RussellStutely if you pass the "sneeze" test you can do everything in life ;)
how much do you pay the guy to take all those falls? I refuse to believe there are pressure points on the forehead like that
A gazillion dollars a hit
This is real, in my home town of El Salvador we use a technical technique like this where you aim for the artery in your opponents armpit. This not only confuses the opponent but caused a waveform of blood to travel up into the attackers brain and causes their ears to bleed and massive brain haemorrhage. It's called the tickler, but is anything but funny for the receiver.
Underrated comment lmao
Once again, I had to lol. I'm starting to think I enjoy others pain but I hope not. Anyway, I'm wondering about the amount of pressure or contact required to get that reaction? You make it look easy but I wonder how effective a strike from someone not as physical as you are would be? While the strikes don't look that devastating, there's obviously a lot of power being generated through his head.
The technique he uses to generate the force that seems like it hits really hard is called "waveform" I believe. It takes a bit of practice but Russell has pretty much mastered it by the looks of it lol. I think the idea is that it uses weight rather than strength, so I guess you "wave" your body in a motion to whip the strike onto the target rather than tensing up and trying to smash it to pieces, it's probably also why it looks so effortless, because it is. I learned a bit of waveform from my Jeet Kune Do instructor, lmao I romember once someone from his class did a similar thing in this video to me and it knocked me on my ass and my body went into shock. It's all interesting stuff, it seemed all way too good to be true until I bought Russell's MFFS DVD set (honestly would've thought it was a load of shite had I not been destroyed by it previously haha, but it's got some real intersting stuff)
Also probably good to note about this technique: I agree with what Russell is saying here, although I don't think I personally could pull it off in the UFC, there are two things I'd like to mention; first, my dumbass is never going to the UFC, so I don't have to worry about that; secondly, I think cage fighters might have more appropriate ways (that are less alien to them) to deal with a cage situation. I mean, given the example Russell provided (in reference to having a mate being in danger) a split second movement like that is something worth trying, best case: guy falls flat, worst case: you have to punch the guy? (I guess as punching always seems to work (even if it is quite extreme.)) But hey, if there's even a 5% chance the guy will just fall asleep for a couple of seconds just by tapping the back of his neck and the top of his head, whatever way I do it (wether I do "egg-cut" him, or like from a common mauy thai clinch - elbow "gallbladder 14/15" (see chinese meridean lines for reference)) then I see that as an absolute win if it's accomplished!
Yes, it is a waveform.... extremely impactful when done correctly. This is just the abc at 4 miles an hour.. it can of course be done at 400!
I have had a ton of practice... which does make it seem easier... as with any technique
@Jack Alan yo mommas callin, kid

I did this to my wife as a joke, now the top of her head is stuck on the ceiling. what do I do
Get some piece and quiet and hope the dishes do not pile up
@@RussellStutely that's pretty good
Everything new is good forgotten old. My country, Latvia, has a national fighting style called Pediņu Pimpis. And it has a similar technique called Dirsā Pisiens. I have seen a guy at bar knocking out two bouncers with this technique.
So not only is is not a hard strike, it doesn't have to be super accurate. Why on earth would anyone be expected to think this could possibly work?
Not expecting anything - try it out for yourself.. if you can do it great - if you can't great.
didnt happen
