    Really cool, I always wanted to do a turbo dirt bike myself. Maybe the turbo 'manifold' exhaust pipe is leaking or waste gate issue? Looking at the data log at about 24:00 It is losing boost from like 8000rpm and on isn't it? logged AFR values are populated at lower KPA cells as the RPM rises.

    Fluttering between 6 - 7 psi, maybe surging due to the small plenum ?, I'm just guessing but that might be why it wants to fall off up top.
    Is there a way to measure the CFM of the trubo, the manifold, and the motor separately ?, makes me wonder if maybe the ports and valves are too small to flow the CFM, also makes me wonder if you turn the boost down a little bit does it still fall off up top as much or not.

    How good are the valve springs in the head good for? I would also like to see comparison with different sized boost capacitors. Try making a tank that's smaller than that, mabe half size, but you are definitely on to something good. I'm sticking with 69 whp hi boost. 50whp low boost.

    Did you do any porting in the head? Any air intake mods? Bigger valves or stronger springs? Maybe a better cam? Seems like your running out of cfm aka air. It seems exactly what you said like it’s running out of breath

    Still watching but yikes pulling fuel at idle means you have a big restriction in the intake somewhere. We were lean anything past 30% throttle going from pod to turbo. Turbines fine it's a t13 right? Normally if it's not making the boost you want add some preload to the wastegate singles have a big high pressure spike early into the exhaust stroke. I noticed early on it would make 20psi but be lazy to get there then one day I hung my head out and watching it and sure enough it was racing to 10psi then would crack the gate and raise with rpm. Some adjustments later we had 20psi as fast as I can move the throttle. Compared to data logs I have on 4 & 6 cylinders singles spike about 4xs higher early in the exhaust stroke. That's actually why big turbos spool really well on them. Shoot me a message I'd love to point you in the right direction. rn it just sounds like it's running not making power.

      For understanding the exhaust side think of how that turbo works out on a 4cylinder then remember a single dumps that all at once every 720°. so if a turbine supports 100hp on a 4cyl and you put it on a single then it can support 25hpish before running into back pressure. It doesn't actually work out just like that but it's a good starting point. Don't be scared of the timing it's a small combustion chamber their much more efficient meaning destination limits are not where your used to. Ex my bike back when it was single turbo had 14.5:1cr ran 30+psi everytime and with 42° advance on the top end. This was kinda extreme and I have a few secrets as to how but you should be very close to stock timing maps until you get over 40psi and even compound we don't pull much at 60psi think it's around 30° still. I also ran 20psi on pump gas same timing and that ran for years beating the snot out of it. The turbo manifold you really want short as possible from my experience it's just not worth the top end gain it's too small and more boost does more than it ever will. It Lossing up top because you added that elbow to the TB it's making the runner length way longer (it's also bigger in diameter which acts as even longer). This should give you more mid range and less top end. Actually willing to bet money if you make the runner the stock size it will pick up power everywhere but especially up top.
      Can't stress the runner length enough and that elbow on the TB. It's the biggest thing I see here.

    get it to 12.5-12.8 on the low end and when boost hits get it to 11.5-12.0

    Probably be cheaper and easier to just get a CR500 or custom built CR500 engine (like from Panthera Motorsports) and swap that in....Panthera's 650cc "CR" engine produces over 100hp, and that's not even their 700cc 2t 😅 but even just a stock CR500 swap would be much faster due to the huge weight drop compared to that heavy 4 stroke along with the turbo and piping.

    Get a bigger cam and some spring's and you will make more power and it may not nose off like that maybe some valve work too just a little Killer bike though man I think i'm gonna do the 190cc swap......
