Excellent review. We have a set of predators coming for our 4 year old when going on bike rides. It's important that she hear cars, or us calling, when we go riding around the neighborhood. 8x amplification would be amazing. And from the reviews I've seen, the headsets do a great job at locating where te sounds come from.
Crate training.......the best option. I started off daytime whilst watching television or when someone is around to make the puppy feel safe in its "den". It is very traumatic for a puppy to be left alone at night in a separate room.
The orange ones , are white in some versions. On eBay . , I find that the way to make those your showing more comfortable and all day wearing...is one Gel ear seals , two Sherpa fleece/ Sheepskin inserts you'll have to cut to size for the ear cups. Probably not so much for the heat, but in a cool building and cold seasons , should make muffs tons more comfy . For3M and Peltor you can swap out headbands , and I'm sure you can do it on your proears
What about the noise waves that by pass the protection and are hearable at low level dessibles while using with the electronic protection ? Do you hear only the waves getting amplified by the microphone/electronic chip or you hear both the waves ??
It’s important to protect your ears, but we neglect too, thinking it’s okay, being on a Bluetooth ear piece for hours on the phone each day ain’t helpful. Good quality earmuffs would be suitable in most cases, but you need to look for your surroundings like cars or other equipment.

Yes! Sleeping in them ...what I wanted to hear. Literally.
What’s the best protection I can get for my ears? I want maximum protection
A 29 or 30 NRR ear muff. For passives try the Pro Ears Ultra Gel 30. For electronic try their Gold II 30.

Try 3M Peltor HPs
