I’ve never made TteokGuk before but I’ve been planning to make a sort of alternate version of it based on the ingredients I have, later tonight since it’s lunar new year right now.
Watched A LOT of videos on "tteokguk" today and this is by far The Best video for it out there~! Good job + ThanQ. Gonna have to check out your other videos now. : ) BTW...I could not make our what you are saying (both times) when you name the clear liquid you add to make the broth. I'm guessing it may be "mirin" but really have no idea. ??!
