Jack Smith shouldn't need to seek Canon's removal. The 11th Circuit must be painfully aware of her incompetency & the disrepute she's bringing to the Circuit, and should be dealing with it directly. Enough already 11th Circuit! Do your job & replace her!

If they try to remove her it will take months and if she loses and is removed Trumps lawyers can appeal to the Supreme Court which will take even longer and if Jack Smith succeeds in removing Canonn any new Judge will need months just to go through all the classified documents and get up to speed so no trial this year.

Now she's revealing witness lists and invoking irrelevant laws for jury instructions planning without even having set a trial date. Chalking it all up to incompetence would be entirely too generous and naive.

Tell Congress to pass the Sunshine in the Courtroom Act to televise federal trials.
Problem is Willis said 8 month duration. That takes us well into 2025. She needs to show evidence early ,like in september and october of trumps phone calls to Guiliani and to those fake electors, early in the trial so the facts can be televised before trump muddies it with lies in front of cameras.

Cannon is a perfect example of why every person who cares about this democracy should get out and vote BLUE up and down the ticket. Cannon is one of many unqualified judges that were rushed to the bench by the GOP. Biden is doing a great job in appointing a diverse and highly qualified crop of judges but he must be given the opportunity to continue this crucial task in order to correct the imbalance in the court system, even the supreme court.

The fact that she has been allowed to preside over this Case given her obvious Conflict of interest, previous extreme bias and Obstruction of this Case, and the fact that this has been allowed to gone on as long as it has and as far as it has is a scathing indictment of the Judiciary.

She should have had a SEPA hearing with prosecutors to decide on how the classified documents will be presented in the trail.
Actual documents won't be presented without heavy redaction which would show only the classification status on the top and bottom of the document. More likely a redacted folder would be shown. Jury gets to see the folder color, some striped lines and selected markings. Specific programs can't be mentioned, but their area of concern would (weapon system, human intel assets, etc.)

Its a real concern that the 11th Circuit CA has not stepped in in its own to bring Judge Cannon ito line or to have her removed and this should be spoken about more fully in the news about this case and her actions.

We cannot blame the judge for continuing to be what she was before!.... A pattern is a pattern is a pattern. She should have been forced to resign immediately from the start, because of her clear bias toward her "beloved". Mr. Smith did trust her way too much from the beginning. Now it might be too late. What are the options to get rid of her, now?
My understanding is you really only get one shot to get somebody recused. So he's saving up the evidence probably - and then going to take a stab at it with the district court. But it seems like now would be time.
