    1. Water melon cubes - 1½ cup.
    2. Sugar - 1 tsp.+ 1 tbsp.
    3. Corn flour - 1 to 2 tsp.
    4. Beet root powder - ½ tsp. (optional)
    5. Lime juice - ½ tsp.
    6. Whipping cream - 1 cup.
    7. Fresh cream - 2 tbsp.
    8. Milkmaid - 2 tbsp.
    9. Vanilla essence - ½ tsp.
    Points to remember
    1. Cook the water melon mixture till it thickens and coat the spoon.
    2. No need to add sugar if sweetened whipping cream is used.
    3. Use precooled dish and blades for beating the whipping cream.
    4. Keep whipping cream in the fridge for 24 hrs. before using.
