I needed to see this. As an ex pro athlete, we have compulsive nature. I'm a beer drinker and I don't drink to get drunk, but once I start it's just habit to order once my beer is done. I'm rarely sloppy drink, but I'd like to find something to curb my habit. FYI, watching this with a bud lite. About to switch.

Just what I need, more "healthy" drinks to get addicted to. I just broke my addiction to canned yerba matte drinks and cannabis drinks. You know your addicted when you're hauling out garbage bags of empties on a regular basis.
Wow, yes everything in moderation. Very important.

I only drink casually but considering all the bad press alcohol is getting....maybe this is less harmful overall to health. Great video!!! I think you mean 1,4 Butandiol which is a pro drug to GHB, not what is mentioned here 1,3 Butandiol
